Delivery orders lately are always late. I called today because my delivery was 15 mins late and was told there was some kind of technical difficulty and they would remake my sandwich and that it would be delivered in 15 mins but after waiting another 30 mins, I called back and then it was delivered a couple mins later. They obviously need to pay their driver's more so they can keep employees.

This is a very nice resturant. Ordered a toasted ham and mozzarella cheese sub. Tasted very good. I haven't had a good tasting sandwich in a while. They nailed it here.

It is better to greet people at the door than ask if they are here to pick up food. In today's political climate, implicit biases are sensitive and highly controversial. I am a doctoral researcher, not a deliveryman. Even if door dashing is popular among black men locally. Do not assume I am working by walking into a restaurant, it's disrespectful.

Our delivery driver didn't knock on the door or notify us that food was here. Food was barely luke warm. The dog started sniffing at the door was my only indication the food was here. I did not select contact less delivery. I'm definitely not impressed with the delivery service. Food could have been better if it was fresher. A courteous text to let me know he dropped food off would of been efficient. I also asked for no tomatoes, and I got tomatoes on my sandwich. Guess it's a good thing I'm not allergic

Terrible customer service. Ordered a couple sandwiches for delivery and they forgot part of the order. No option for refund for the parts that got left out. Seth provided the worst customer service possible. Will never choose pickleman’s again.

This place used to be on point. Delivery takes twice as long as they used to. Soda is always watered down these days. The manager had excuses rather than resolutions.
