Their phone is not currently working. I went in person to place my order and told the clerk that the phone was out of service, and they said they knew, but couldn't figure out the problem, and just shrugged at me. Complete disregard and lack of care, which was severely off-putting.

I picked up an online order and then later found (after getting home) that my sandwich included all the toppings I requested to not be on it. Also, my wife's chicken salad sandwich barely had anything on it! It was a bread sandwich. Shrinkflation at its finest. Even the world's nicest, most unconfrontational person would complain about the low portion of chicken salad on this sandwich. The macaroni was very watery and not good either! I called and explained everything and the manager begrudgingly agreed to provide a refund and indicated it would be available on my debit card in a few days. It has been a week and still no refund. Bad service and very sad portions for the money.

Ordered a turkey sub with LIGHT lettuce but received EXTRA lettuce. The sandwich was fine though, this is my only complaint.
We arrived a little before midnight - open until 2 am. We were the only dine-in customers at this location, but students picked up carryout orders and left. We ordered 2 sandwiches (Cuban & Italian Beef), 2 bags of chips, and 2 fountain drinks ($34). The food was fresh, but the service was lacking. The restrooms were blocked off, and the manager said they were closed for the night. He was not interested in helping us. However, one of the employees kindly directed us to a nearby convenience store that was open. The manager also appeared frustrated that we were dining in. The food was fine, but for $34, there are other places to eat that will also offer better service.
