In all fairness I have only been there one time and they goofed my order. I ordered their version of the Cobb salad adding chicken to it. It did not have the chicken but I was charged for it. I would have went back for them to correct it but I was already from out of town and we were doing carry out 30+ min away. You get one chance at a first impression and I doubt I would go back.
This location has been my favorite for years. But after my experience with employee Cory. I don’t know if and went I will return. I highly recommend customer service training. I would say more but I’ll contact corporate.
I ordered out tonight and decided to go with picklemans. I placed an order for my food it was prepared and delivered but my order was wrong when it got here so I called the store to complain.
