Placed a pick up order for 6 pizzas. Sat in the drive thru for ~5 minutes waiting for someone to come to the window but they never did. Called twice and couldn’t get anyone to answer. Delivery guy was parked in the drive thru and not letting the only employee answer the phone. Creepy and annoying. Won’t be ordering again.

I've considered this location to be the slowest and most inaccurate with orders in town for a long time. Stopped eating here a couple years ago..... but, I ordered delivery today and to my surprise it came quickly without any problems! Delicious and good service! Thanks!

Placed my order at 7:30 pm. Estimated delivery days between 8:32-8:42pm. 9 pm comes and still no food. I then have to call the store to find out what’s going on and can never get through. I call the automated line and all they do is connect me to the store but again the call drops. Finally I get ahold of someone and they tell me it’s still being made and will arrive by 9:50 pm. Food finally comes and it’s not even my food. I then tried calling again but can never connect. I call this afternoon and miraculously talk to a manager who says he’s gonna credit my account. There is still no credit posted and the store has the phones turned off.

Pizza's had lots of toppings and were cooked perfectly
We had dine in there tonight and they were so good to us. The manager came out a couple times just to make sure we had everything we needed. It was a great experience and the food was delicious.
I call for delivery they have no more drivers but have doorbash put it up and do not bring all of my orders. Call them they was very rude say it was doorbash and not there problem but I do not order from doorbash I order straight from pizza hut will never order from them again

We had a bad experience one night and I just got a call from the manager giving us a $30 credit. I am in absolute shock to have gotten a response because most restaurants ignore complaints. She called and send me a picture of my credit for next time. Thank you pizza Hut! I am glad this manager cares about her customers!

Generally have had positive opinion of the Pizza Hut, but clearly something has changed. No doubt the issues are the current employees. Choose another location for now. Too bad because this was the best location in town. Neither of the other two locations are very good either. Really sad to spend hard earned money and be disappointed.
