I’m a DoorDasher. Every time I’ve been here you wait awhile even with no line and I’ve had consistent problems here like no other. From telling me it would be 5 minutes to it being 20 to the store closing entirely at 7 pm on a Friday and them cancelling everyone’s orders because there were only two employees. I know there’s 12 better places in Columbia to get pizza.

I ordered a tavern pizza the last time, loved it, so I ordered it again. Turns out what I got the first time wasn't a tavern, when I tried to tell them I was given the wrong pizza the last told me the pizza I received last time was a discontinued dough they had years ago. I got it within the last month, how would I have received a discountined pizza? My other pizza was overcooked, and they didn't give me all the sauces I ordered. I will never go back to pizza hut.

Ordered for delivery, missing bread sticks. Called to correct, left on hold for an hour, hung up and then the manger said “there’s no way you were on hold I’m the only one here, you must have called the wrong number”. Disappointing to say the least

My wife and I ordered over the phone for a pick up. When I arrived, the guy gave me the wrong pizza. We ended up eating part of it until we noticed something different. We tasted a combination of burnt, Government cheese, and a flimsy not-cooked partially soaked in water. I don't know how to say it but I had the WORST and nastiest taste in my mouth. The crust was so gross that I ended up gagging and spit it out. I've never had issues with this location. Why I didn't go to Arri's Pizza or Pizza Tree I don't know?!

They messed up my food and lied to me about what was supposed to be on it so they wouldn’t have to remake it. I called corporate, the pepperoni lover pizza melt is only supposed to have pepperoni, not also beef.

Ordered a large stuffed crust super supreme, an hour after expected delivery time they tried to deliver a personal sized pizza. I had to argue with the delivery guy to get him to even read the receipt. When I did get the correct pizza almost 3 hours after ordering it was cold and under cooked.
