Ordered a large stuffed crust super supreme, an hour after expected delivery time they tried to deliver a personal sized pizza. I had to argue with the delivery guy to get him to even read the receipt. When I did get the correct pizza almost 3 hours after ordering it was cold and under cooked.

Slowest service I've ever seen. We ordered our pizza over an hour and 20 minutes ago and it isn't here yet. I've been eating n hole for 15 minutes and they still haven't answered the phone. It would literally be faster to make your own pizza from scratch. Food finally showed up, cold, and we were missing a salad, wings, and cinnamon sticks

I ordered in the app & got to store & was told the fryer was down so no wings but Dana was very nice, so nice in fact I wasn’t too annoyed about my wings and she suggested one of the new wraps because they have a garlic Parmesan one. Can’t wait to try it, I will definitely order here again!

I ordered a meat lovers Pizza and all I got was a three topping pizza and the wings were not even made right my pizza had no cheese on it and no sauce it was the worst thing I've ever had

My pizza was not made correctly I paid $28 for a three topping pizza in Wings this is the worst experience and I'll get any pizza from here

Ordered online then arrived at pickup time 35 minutes later and the food still wasn't ready. Upon arriving home and tasting it, it tasted like chlorine and my wife is pregnant so that's a no go ? maybe rinse or clean whatever better smh terrible experience

So as an employee of this wonderful store I've asked the gm and dm for the number to HR but they refuse to provide me with that information so I can put in a complaint against the store for being lied to about raises being lied to about tips that we are supposed to receive each night being lied to about hours and whats going on..they only hire family to be in management because they steal money from the store and they know no one else will put up with this this is why I was passed on being a manager after I was told I would be getting that position... the dm is best friends with this family so it all gets overlooked and the owner knows nothing of whats going on...so If the owner or someone in a position to take a complaint please feel free to get in contact with me

I received my pizza on 4/18/23, and I just want to say I am VERY satisfied! Very friendly employees, and the pizza was cooked to perfection. While waiting for my order, I overheard a phone call from another customer complaining about their pizza (they admitted that they had eaten almost all of it before they were saying they were “not satisfied”). It’s a shame how some people will lie to get a refund! Great location ?
