Every single time I come to this spot located on Nifong, the chicken is piping hot, freshly made, and delicious! I get prompt and polite service here, and this particular Popeye’s appears to be clean, organized, and has staff that seem to be focused on actually working ! I am so impressed that I actively send people here and they report the same thing every time: Their chicken is the best!

Several bad experiences here. First time the sweet tea taste like dish water. Every time I go the customer service is extremely slow. No urgency whatsoever. My last time going the soda was completely flat.

Hello, we stopped by Popeye's Chicken in Columbia Missouri.I got the chicken strips meal. It was horrible. The chicken was dry it was completely inedible.It tasted like rubber and stringy. This was a disappointment I don't mind spending $12 on a meal but this was just inedible

Older bald head lady gets my order wrong then giving attitude from the time I pulled up then signs and acts all stuck up. To be expected from this type of place.

Received the wrong items in my order, what I did receive was cool and dry. I always try and order online to avoid any mistakes made by staff, however, the app says the business is closed. I suspect it will be if my experience is the consistency they provide others.

36 dollars for food I wouldn’t spend 10 bucks on.

Very unsanitary and very unfriendly, honestly each Popeyes I go to I continue to be more disappointed with each one. Order was wrong completely and the staff were just absolutely the worst. Just avoid wasting your money and go somewhere else.

Delivery. Half the order was wrong. Instead of butterfly shrimp they substituted popcorn shrimp which were unrecognizable. I ordered Cole slaw. They substituted fries which were limp and cold. Chicken was dry, overcooked, and 50% wings. With extra fees and prices, this meal cost close to $40. Never again.
