Older bald head lady gets my order wrong then giving attitude from the time I pulled up then signs and acts all stuck up. To be expected from this type of place.

Received the wrong items in my order, what I did receive was cool and dry. I always try and order online to avoid any mistakes made by staff, however, the app says the business is closed. I suspect it will be if my experience is the consistency they provide others.

36 dollars for food I wouldn’t spend 10 bucks on.

Very unsanitary and very unfriendly, honestly each Popeyes I go to I continue to be more disappointed with each one. Order was wrong completely and the staff were just absolutely the worst. Just avoid wasting your money and go somewhere else.

Delivery. Half the order was wrong. Instead of butterfly shrimp they substituted popcorn shrimp which were unrecognizable. I ordered Cole slaw. They substituted fries which were limp and cold. Chicken was dry, overcooked, and 50% wings. With extra fees and prices, this meal cost close to $40. Never again.

The staff here is helpful, efficient, and friendly. A very positive experience for some good food!

Missing half my food and fries were pour in bottom of bag with no fry bag in sight, I am so frustrated with this kind of lousy service I expect more from you Popeyes

No ice in drinks, biscuit was a rock and chicken strips were very thin, small and dry. They only give you 1 sauce per person it seems like… the one on business loop is a lot better in my opinion.

Decent Popeyes. The Fries were not very crispy. But chicken was very good. Service definitely left something to be desired. I understand its fast food. But the workers were not friendly at all.

This Popeyes shorts your order through the drive through 90 percent of the time and never makes it right. It's to the point I really think they are stealing the food. The Popeyes on the Business loop has never shorted my food orders.

Everything I order original chicken, it is very hard and old. The cashier told me that they keep them on the hot plate way past the holding time because the manager does not want a big waste. I had to wait 8 minutes for fresh ones. I will not go back.

Soda machine hasn't worked in a YEAR. Have no clue why they will not fix it??

Jacob working the drive through on Mar 8th (saturday) was super cool. He made sure to take care of his customers after such a long wait and unforseen issues. We didnt really care about the wait because we're not a bunch of Karens. Still Jacob was nice and made things right by taking good care of our order. Give my bro a raise, I know minimum wage doesnt give incentive for that level of customer service. Pay my mans! He makes the experience of Popeyes on Hyde Park ave the best Popeyes this side of the Mississippi

Didn't realize 1/2 of my online order was missing until we were at home on the other side of town. Paid for 12 wings, only received 6. Also ordered a 3 piece dark meat and received 2 wings and a breast...ie, NOT dark meat. Staff refused to answer the company telephone. At-home family carryout dinner ruined and waste of money spent on our busy week night. Never again!

Worst Popeyes. Never gives me my full order. Chicken is cold half the time. The entire point of popeyes is their chicken and sauce and I don't even get the sauce that cokes with the meal.
