Unfortunately this was the first time that I had eaten at Popeye's on South side I mean pulled in everybody was outside smoking when we got to the drive up that they had no bone-in chicken we got chicken tenders and fries and they were soggy fries and the chicken was hard as a rock

After $22 for two peoples order, we should feel fed and satisfied, but instead, i am hungry and out of $22. 3 lousy tenders and a horrible portion of popcorn shrimp and two mac and cheeses. Way overpriced for not satisfying our hunger! Feeling ripped off! POPEYES NEVER AGAIN!

Food was cold and gross especially popcorn shrimp but worst of all was the price and we had to get something else because the shrimp was so gross it was inedible. Never again

I visited this popeye's through drive through, and while the order was accurate, I felt that the portions were skimpy and the fried items tasted like old oil, or like they weren't super fresh. I got a chicken sandwich that tasted a bit like old oil, and the side of mac and cheese I got was only half full ( a tragedy since that's my favorite item there). My boyfriend also got a very small portion of fries with his basket. The service was good enough, they were polite and my order was accurate. I just wish the food was better portioned and fresher.

Southside Popeyes is the best one in Columbia. Super nice people and the food is fresh. Business loop Popeyes has employees that fight guests and get by with it. So the five stars is strictly for the south side nifong Popeyes.

Wife went thru the drive thru and ordered 2 2pc meals with coleslaw and mash potatoes and gravy. When she got home instead of mash potatoes and gravy we had red beans and rice that we didn't like.The biscuits were like hockey pucks. A waste of $24.00.
