I was missing the sauce I ordered the day before. I kindly asked if I could just get them now. The manager acted like I was a huge inconvenience, asked for my receipt from the day before, which wasn't even the right receipt because I was given the wrong one. Manager spent 10 minutes trying to look up my order before she gave up and handed me my 40 cents in missing sauces. No apology for the way I was treated.

Went through the drive though, food was traditionally good

It's always hot! I just love how simple it is!! The chicken is very good.

Ordered a caniac combo last night around 10:15 pm. Chicken and fries were cold and tasted like they had been sitting out all day. I am usually a frequent customer but will reconsider future stops.

The food was good. However, the chicken was not as hot as it usually is.

I helped open the first cane's in mo. Out in midrivers mall food court. This location meets expectations. Fast, friendly, sauce on point and most of all so fresh you gotta turn into a dragon while eating it.

First visit. Nothing about the food was any good at all. Never (!!) again. The person at the window was rather pleasant, so there is that. But no, ain't goin' back.
