Ordered a caniac combo last night around 10:15 pm. Chicken and fries were cold and tasted like they had been sitting out all day. I am usually a frequent customer but will reconsider future stops.

I helped open the first cane's in mo. Out in midrivers mall food court. This location meets expectations. Fast, friendly, sauce on point and most of all so fresh you gotta turn into a dragon while eating it.

The chicken strips had no flavor at all – they tasted like boiled chicken. I had to drown them in sauce just to eat them. The sides weren’t great either, and they gave me the wrong one. On top of that, there were so many employees, but I still had to wait a while for someone to help me. Not a great experience overall.
Couldn’t hear the drive thru speaker. I told the girl she didn’t try to speak any louder. Both windows the girls were rude and had no customer service.
The food however was wonderful! But because of the service I won’t return. Better off going to chic-fil-A. Great food and great service.
