My husband and I had lunch there yesterday. The service was impeccable and we are never disappointed in the food. Couldn't leave hungry if we tried! The atmosphere was reduced by one star because there was a lot of humidity in the restaurant

Had a great lunch at Red Lobster with my son today. We both ordered the Cajun Seafood Boil, and it was delicious—seasoned perfectly with just the right amount of kick. What really made the experience stand out was our server, Laquail. She was incredibly friendly, attentive, and kept our drinks full without us even needing to ask. My family took me to Red Lobster for lunch on my birthday. We had the best visit . While I have always had good service, there is a difference between good and outstanding service. Our server Fizzy was exceptional. He was knowledgeable about the menu, quick, brought us things we needed before we even had to ask and he was a pleasure to be around. I would like to also recognize the manager who came to our table assisting Fizzy with bringing out our food and addressed my birthday and offered a complementary dessert. He also visited with our table asking how we were enjoying the food and drinks. I must say from the excellent service and fresh food it was a very enjoyable experience and my family and I will not only be back. We have shared our experience with others.

Had a wonderful experience celebrating my father-in-law's birthday at the Red Lobster in Columbia, MO! Our server, Kat, was incredibly warm and friendly. She gave my girls lobster necklaces at the end of the meal. And the manager, McKenzee, took a family picture for us! Great times!
