This morning I had the pleasure of getting a prickly pear Red Bull infusion at the Scooters on Old Highway 63. I had nothing short of an incredible experience. It was fast, the staff was friendly, my drink was delicious (as per usual). The scoot worker working the window today (1/1) was full of enthusiasm and was so kind. I only hope others can experience the magic of the Scooters on Old Hwy 63. Thank you, scoot.

This is usually my go to place but Saturday evening, I placed an order on my app at 7:47pm. Google said scooters closes at 9 which I should have actually looked at the store hours on the page so that was my fault, but we pulled up at 7:59pm to get my order and they lady came over the speaker and said sorry we are closed. My husband told her we had a mobile order and she said sorry all of our machines are shut down. Which okay, no big deal except the scooters app charged me $22 something and never refunded plus we never got our drinks. I have tried to call the store numerous times but the phone number won’t even ring. I’ve contacted customer service online but I can’t get anywhere with that. It’s very frustrating all around.

I spent almost $9 which included a tip for a large coffee and a cold/hard cinnamon roll.. scooters is usually my go to coffee shop but I will change to a different place after today

I got an ice pumpkin caramelicious with oatmilk. The employee opens the window and shoves it into my hand and I noticed there was no whip, I said can I please have the whip on top too. She looked annoyed and took it back, did a single swirl of whip and dumped what it looks like about half a container of pumpkin spice on top. When I got home, I scooped 2 spoonfuls of spice off the top of my drink.

I ordered 2 waffle sandwiches and 2 bacon and egg burritos. I also ordered 2 of the infused drinks. Everything was delicious but I would have liked a clearer easier to read menu and more options to carry everything out of the store and to the park
