This location was extremely busy with limited staff. We went through the drive through and still waited in line for over 15 mins. I specifically didn't use the app to order as I had a $2 off card I wanted to use. I was told their location didn't accept that kind of promotion because they are not an HPC location. Not their fault if course, but the manager couldn't even tell me what a HPC location was or who to talk to about it. It was a lot of hassle and waiting which I don't normally have issues with at scooters. The staff was very friendly just not really helpful

I love the attitude and service of the staff at Scooters. The atmosphere is light and cheerful. My concern is Hot Tea. PLEASE bring back the English Breakfast Tea. I do not drink coffee. So, the closest thing to coffee is the English Breakfast Tea. PLEASE bring it back!!!
I'm not a usual coffee drinker so I don't usually visit places such as scooters, but my sister in law is employed with one of their stores and recommended it as a special treat to my sister and I. I must say I was highly impressed with the friendliness, quickness, and tastefulness of the drive thru experience. Very, well blended mixtures to satisfy our specific likes! They were delicious!

I ordered the bacon ciabatta sandwich, and the bacon was completely uncooked. Whoever prepared my sandwich didn't even separate the slices. The only reason why the bacon was lukewarm by the time I discovered this fact is that I had to drive to work first.
