Mgr of drivethru basically told me corporate decision on overcharging for half and half. Told me to take it or leave it. So i left. Super Rude.Bummer as I prefer scooters coffee over Starbucks. I guess that's why CIS is putting in a new starbucks. POSSIBLY MORE ACCOMODATING such a pity. The Mgr this morning needs to learn better customer service.

I got an iced latte with cold foam, toffee nut syrup, and raspberry syrup. It was very good, but expensive. Almost $12 without a tip. And the pup cups aren't free.

I love it here, every time I go in the employees greet me with a smile and no matter how busy they get I still feel like they care. I especially appreciate the young man that takes my order in the afternoons, he’s funny and service is always quick. Overall, love the staff and will always recommend this place to friends and family!Kid-friendliness: Staff are always kind and understanding kids, even recommending children’s drinks or ways to get fun drinks without all the caffeine.

We had one Caramelicious coffee, one Mocha coffee, a blueberry muffin, and a bacon and egg burrito. We spent about $12 per person. The coffee is GREAT there. The blueberry muffin was really delicious. The bacon and egg burrito wasn't too bad for something quick. I really couldn't taste any bacon though and it was warmed up in the microwave. Generally everything was really good. Love their coffee!

We came in and tried to get waited on inside and no one came to us waited 10 min and they said basically go through the drive through we can’t wait on you in the lobby we are short staffed! You can talk to our manager really that’s ridiculous when people are right in front of you and you can’t help them.
