I have to give Shakespeare's West 4 stars because anyone from Columbia knows that Shakespeare's downtown is the original goat, always a 5. The pizza at West is good, consistently, with that awesome cheese they use. The service is not as friendly. The guy serving up the by the slice pie was exasperated when I asked for pepper flakes with my to go lunch. I'm sure it gets old being compared to the downtown restaurant, but maybe having a similar laid-back vibe would help people feel more comfortable. I like the rewards program. Great pizza, for sure!

Very pleased, they made a mistake while I was ordering. I showed them the mistake on the receipt they corrected it and gave me a gift card worth several times the overcharged.

We were traveling through on our way to Kansas and stopped for the night in Columbia. We looked up pizza places and decided to try Shakespeare and WOW! The pizza might have been the best I’ve ever had! On our way home we stopped again because it was that good! People were great too!

I was really wanting to try this place and honestly the pizza didnt have much cheese at all so it was a huge let down and didnt even finish it. Place has a plethora of good reviews but not from me, wait time was 25 minutes and the cutter made such a mess of the pizza we had to pull it apart not sliced thoroughly.

Pizza was good but barely warm coming from the "by the piece" lunch menu. The salad was very good but in a much too small a bowl with looong stems on the spinach making it difficult to eat. It tasted great though.
