Good lattes

I love short wave!! I graduated but spent a lot of years studying and in my opinion they have the best matcha (if anybody knows what they use please let me know). Great service, everybody's so friendly. And a great atmosphere for studying.

My recent visit to Shortwave Coffee was a delightful journey into exceptional coffee and warm ambiance. The vintage-modern setting provided a cozy backdrop to an outstanding coffee experience. I opted for the Ethiopian V60 pour-over, the rich flavors captivated my senses and paired well with the fresh baked croissant.Amidst this flavorful adventure, I discovered an impressive custom-made live-edge table. Subtly enhancing the atmosphere, it was more than just aesthetically pleasing. With built-in chargers, this practical yet unobtrusive addition blended seamlessly with the overall experience. What truly sets Shortwave Coffee apart is its ample seating, making it an ideal haven for college students and anyone seeking a relaxed space. Shortwave Coffee is, without a doubt, a standout gem among the nearby coffee shops.Vegetarian options: Lots of baked goods.Parking: Free parking in the evenings. Easy parking on the street or attached parking garage.Kid-friendliness: Lots of seating, even booth seats. Private bathrooms with changing stations

First time checking out this location. I like visiting Shortwave when I am in town. The coffee is still really good. They offer a variety of baked goods to eat, but not necessarily a hardy meal. Lots of space. Great place to people watch downtown too.

Went here twice today! Lovely place to work and study. Also crazy good playlist this afternoon!! I spilled my whole latte and the staff was so nice and helped me clean it up. Also the cashier had really cute strawberry earrings. The mint mayday is my favorite drink and the danishes are great too. Slightly pricey but worth it.

Have only been at this location once but have liked the physical space since before Shortwave was here. Was here on a Saturday morning for a meeting and Shortwave was kind enough to save a couple of tables for us.It was busy but the baristas filled the orders in a reasonable amount of time.I purchased 2 vanilla lattes, one as soon as I arrived and one about 30 minutes later just before my meeting started. Both were delicious and the artwork on top was impressive. Also purchased a double chocolate chip muffin which was delicious. Will definitely be back for more caffeine in the future.Wheelchair accessibility: Easy to get in and out of the shop.

I really like this place! Studied here a few times and love the atmosphere. However, I think the lattées are a little overpriced for the taste. Good, but not great.

Excellent location, great atmosphere, great coffee. However, bartisa's weren't that welcoming didn't engage with customers much.

Literally in the alley. We're from out of town and it took a minute to find this on Apple Maps because it is literally in the alley along with several other businesses. A very cool idea for a college town. It has the feeling of a speakeasy. The coffee was very good. I usually just get coffee with milk and this coffee was very flavorful. My daughter enjoyed the lavender latte and homemade blueberry muffin. Will definitely visit again if we're in the area.

These lattes are perfection. The vibe has always been ideal for whatever my mood that day may bring. Painting? Perfect. Networking? Chill. Studying? Of course!Would recommend shortwave to students, workers, and aliens alike. Shortwave has a lil something for everyone.

I’ve been to this cafe a bunch of times. Their lattes? Smooth and just right. Got a Cortado with a cute teddy bear design on top. The folks behind the counter are super nice. It’s a bright, airy place. They’ve got some good muffins, turnovers, and croissants – but that almond croissant is the best. Can’t help but keep coming back.
