Only people here. The drive through workers had me wait to take an order which was reasonable but then pulling up to the window, I had to wait 10 minutes before someone even came and took my card. No one else was here and the workers had an unnecessary attitude. Horrible customer service.

Lily the manager is so kind and sweet! I had an order issue (nothing major) but I lost my receipt and she was able to accommodate me 1 time since I showed her I had proof of “reward redemption history” on the app (the app doesn’t show in store transaction history only rewards history..) I am not saying to do this! Always keep ur receipts just incase—just wanted to give recognition to Lilly and the team for the AMAZING customer service!!! ❤️👑

Great staff but worst possible location in town to put a drive through like this. I’ve tried to giving them my business multiple times the last two weeks and either there were delivery trucks fully obstructing the parking lot or it was so far backed up I couldn’t make time during my hour long lunch break. Surely there’s some way to optimize their procedures to accommodate this poor business decision.

My smoothie tasted so rotten like a mixture of cumbucha and roadkill. Something needs to change with managing the freshness of the products. Worst thing I’ve ever tasted. 1/10 absolutely do not recommend. I also couldn’t find a parking spot I think the employees were taking up the 15 parking spots. Something needs to change.

I parked in the lot next to Smoothie King at 10:33pm to get my Gumby’s pizza and walked out 10 mins later to my car getting hooked up to a tow truck. The guy said he was supposed to patrol the lot and tow anyone parked there who was not going to Smoothie King, which would make sense during normal business hours. However, Smoothie King had been closed for 2 and a half hours before I even parked. Long story short I ended up paying $103 to get my car unhooked from the tow truck 2 and a half hours after the Smoothie King had closed. Not sure the purpose of this policy but beware.

This is the worst smoothie place I have ever encountered. I walked into the downtown Columbia location and the workers were not concerned with serving me or the other folks waiting to order. Once I ordered, they told me my order would be out shortly, but it took 20 minutes for them to finally give me my smoothie. The staff was unfriendly and unhelpful, and it seemed like they were more interested in chatting amongst themselves than assisting customers. It's unfortunate that such a renowned brand would neglect such an essential aspect of their business.
