Great staff but worst possible location in town to put a drive through like this. I’ve tried to giving them my business multiple times the last two weeks and either there were delivery trucks fully obstructing the parking lot or it was so far backed up I couldn’t make time during my hour long lunch break. Surely there’s some way to optimize their procedures to accommodate this poor business decision.

My smoothie tasted so rotten like a mixture of cumbucha and roadkill. Something needs to change with managing the freshness of the products. Worst thing I’ve ever tasted. 1/10 absolutely do not recommend. I also couldn’t find a parking spot I think the employees were taking up the 15 parking spots. Something needs to change.

I parked in the lot next to Smoothie King at 10:33pm to get my Gumby’s pizza and walked out 10 mins later to my car getting hooked up to a tow truck. The guy said he was supposed to patrol the lot and tow anyone parked there who was not going to Smoothie King, which would make sense during normal business hours. However, Smoothie King had been closed for 2 and a half hours before I even parked. Long story short I ended up paying $103 to get my car unhooked from the tow truck 2 and a half hours after the Smoothie King had closed. Not sure the purpose of this policy but beware.

This is the worst smoothie place I have ever encountered. I walked into the downtown Columbia location and the workers were not concerned with serving me or the other folks waiting to order. Once I ordered, they told me my order would be out shortly, but it took 20 minutes for them to finally give me my smoothie. The staff was unfriendly and unhelpful, and it seemed like they were more interested in chatting amongst themselves than assisting customers. It's unfortunate that such a renowned brand would neglect such an essential aspect of their business.

Stopped in after a long walk, and although they said typically don't do Pup Cups, the girl there whipped me up something for my puppers.
Worst smoothie king location I've been to. Service was terrible, got my order wrong and did nothing to fix it. Avoid this location.

Great smoothies and fruit bowls, but asked a simple question about the rewards program for the worker to give a sarcastic answer and then go make fun of me to her coworker right in front of the drive thru window. Always very displeased by the customer service when I visit. I only return due to the convenience to Mizzou campus.

Racist staff thought it was okay to lock doors and apprehend two black minors & accuse them of stealing, then when the police verified they had not stolen (from video footage) they ban the kids for life. Employees should be fired. Racism is NOT tolderable in any form.

I find no faults in Smoothie King, if they weren't a real/exsisting thing, I. would probably go hungry often...with less fruits & veggies! the Columbia, MO locations are great, I tend to use the East Broadway location mostly. They are always on time and done correctly....But, make sure to have a few cash dollars with you...the app that makes ordering SO simple doesnt allow for tipping at this location ( managers/owners choice I suppose) but show your appreciation in real American currency when picking up!! Thank you guys for never letting me down!!
