This was only my second time coming to this location. The first time my carhop was Samantha and she was awesome! Today I went and tried to order at the menu but it wasn't working so the young lady, I don't remember her name, came out and took my menu by hand. A lady by the name of Ella came out and handed me my food. She was an absolute doll. 10/10 would come back.

Pulled up to Sonic at 11:16, they turned off the lights right after I pulled into a spot. Worker came out and said they just closed and their website says 12:00 am is close. Just wasted gas!

When this sonic forgot my mozzarella sticks, I pressed the button and asked for them. When I got home I discovered all of the mozzarella sticks didn’t have ANY mozzarella in them. I paid for them and the Sonic left it out of my order, so why couldn’t they have just given normal ones? I even had receipt to prove that I bought them. No need for the childish behavior.
Push the button and no response over 5 minutes now. Call the store and they just say they are busy rn. Look around and there are 3 vehicles on the property for food.

at approximately 5:40 p.m. today I was met with a level of professionalism and courtesy that I did not expect from Sonic Drive-In. a young man with a nose ring to have been the politest and most professional employee I have ever dealt with at a chain restaurant. they made the experience absolutely pleasant and I will for sure be back. having worked just short of corporate management in a large box store, this is the type of thing that shows me someone belongs in management. the food was hot and served quickly and to the letter of instructions. well done.

I come to this specific sonic almost daily for my drink of choice. Sam, Sebastian, Willy, Shermer, and the short girl with brown hairs who's name I will need to get know me and treat me like a friend as a regular. Love the place.

Burgers were cold and sloppy.. burger hanging halfway out the bun, waited almost 15minutes even though we were the only car on the lot. (One pulled up 5 minutes after and got their food first). 80% of the staff acts like it’s such an inconvenience to bring your food to you and are rude and just anti customer service.
