Today is the third time that no one has answered the drive through. This is the only Sonic location that this happens at. Worst Sonic in Columbia

Asked for sauce didn't put it in the bag then. When I went to press the button again to get somebody to answer. Nobody answered just poor customer service.

Missy was amazing. Great food. Great personality. Definitely find a way to keep her at this location (Rangeline) Completely different atmosphere. Will be back.

This is the second time they have not honored snacky hour prices and said nothing can be done. Don’t promote something if you aren’t going to honor it, false advertising??? Besides that our car hop seem to be the only one there grinding it out taking out like 4-5 orders at once with a full lot so you go girl.

How does a Sonic - A SONIC - not know how to make a milk shake??? It's one of the staples of Sonic for goodness sake. Huge disappointment. One sip and had to give it back. Awful, chemical taste. If I had to guess, Id say that the whip cream i asked to be left off got added accidentally and then mixed in to hide it. A glassy, sticky texture is usually a solid clue and this shake has that when I popped the lid. Do better at your staples Sonic.

0/10 do not recommend. We came here with 4 other people waiting and have been waiting for 30 mins with no response and we were waiting in the drive through for 20mins with no answer and when we went around to the window they were all sitting around on there phones.

Best Sonic I’ve ever been too. Missy got all the items we ordered, delivered our food flawlessly (though I didn’t park very well for her to be able too she still did) and she came and check on us to make sure everything was correct and if we needed anything!! I have never been checked on with fast food after my food was delivered so that was an experience I needed to leave a review about. Definitely will be back and I hope everyone gets Missy like my family did she’s a gem!

I don't like being asked all the time if I want my change back if I want to give you a tip then I will give it to you stop asking the fish sandwich was dry and onion rings was burnt when I asked them to lightly cooked them the only thing that was good was the chicken sandwich
