I have always loved going to this Sonic and went to the new location for the first time tonight! Service was so fast and I was greeted by Susan, the best car hop I’ve ever had. I remember her from past visits and she has always hussled over with a smile on her face, giving the best service and obviously has a huge heart! ❤️

There is a very kind carhop at the Sonic on Nifong, I believe her name is Mitzi. Every single time I come there, she is so kind and always wants to make sure I’m happy with whatever I ordered. I hope her manager sees this because she deserves some kudos.

There is nothing like a good old visit to the drive in fast food joint, Sonic. The drinks are half price all the time on the app, at least when I ordered, and the food is a good addition too haha. The food is fast food but quite good for said... fast food. Any of the slushies are a great addition to your meal.

I've eaten at 3 of the Sonics in town and without fail they all serve old, cold, mixed batch, shriveled fries. It has probably been a solid 10 years since I've had quality fries at Sonic. It's rare that I get them because of that. I give them a chance once every 4-5 months to see if they figued out how to make fries yet, and they always fail.

Ordered the chicken sandwich and it was overcooked, old and disgusting-had to be old food . After the first bite I should have taken it up to the “door” and handed it to the cook and told her to eat it.. Instead of throwing it away. Save your money….

Worst fast food experience I have ever had . We waited an hour and 45 for our food and they got the order wrong . Then was told our order would be out shortly then 45 minutes go by and no one cared to even talk with us till we finally said we need our food after an hour and 45 . Don’t go here I’ll save you some time and

The amount of stupidity that went into service at this sonic was breathtaking. Waitress came out with drinks fifteen minutes late with the wrong amount of drinks. When I told we ordered two, she asked if, “I was sure about that?” I was like yeah clearly the dude heard wrong. She then told us we’d have to make another order instead of charging us another drink (she had to go inside anyway to charge our card so it wouldn’t have been totally nonsensical to just make the drink then). I know it wasn’t a time issue because then she went to talk and hangout with the sonic employees parked next to us who kept causing a ruckus, instead of getting the people’s drinks next to us who had been waiting just as long. I worked in hospitality for years and would be embarrassed if I was that manager.

I LOVE SUSAN!! she is always working so so hard but that hasnt ever stopped her from being a happy and kind person. She recognizes me and my friends and i look forward to seeing her :•) give her a raise of 100000 billion dollars. collin is also another rlly sweet worker; he knows our order and is always smiling at work and we luv him. he deserves a raise of 100000 billion dollars as well. eveyone at this location is the best and i hope brent weiland sees this and takes their raises into consideration. much love to this sonic
