Food here could be better. My husband burger was not good. They redo it again still was not what we expected. The girl who attended us she was great. They need to improve their menu and provide healthy options as well. Definitely needs some work. I will not go back. I hope they take this review in consideration to improve their food in general.

Check your bag before you leave!!! My last 2 orders have been missing items (corn dog on one and marinara on the other) so I won't be going back for a good while. Totally pisses me off to pay for something and not get it.

I tried Sonic at the old Nifong location when I first moved to Columbia and wasn’t a fan. Wanted to try the breakfast so we stopped this morning. We each ordered a burrito & tater tots. We also ordered one French toast stick to share nd one coffee. The tater tots looked either day old or were removed from the freezer and left to thaw before putting in a bag. The French toast sticks were delicious but a bit greasy. The coffee wasn’t the greatest even though it’s listed as green mountain. Now to the burrito. I don’t even know what this is but it’s definitely not a burrito as I know it. If you cross a burrito with a taco but you got tired of waiting for it to become food so you just smashed it all together and put it in a wrapper. Thats what I got. The tortilla also seems to be past expiration. It’s hard and tasteless.

2 bad experiences. First time I tried them I got completely the wrong order and when I asked for the correct one they never got it back to me. Second time which was today, I got a hot dog and a large Dr Pepper, really fast service which was unusual but I didn’t think to check my drink for it it’s a Dr Pepper, well I get home and take a sip, it is NOT Dr Pepper!! It’s Diet Coke or something I can taste the stupid aspartame. Do BETTER Sonic!!!

Took 20 minutes to get 2 drinks on a slow night and watched as others who came after us get their food and leave. Our order wasn’t correct and was even told we can’t get our money back because we paid with card. I’m very disappointed. They also refused to let us see a manager. They also remade the drink they originally messed up on incorrectly. So we paid for extra add ons but never received. I would highly recommend going to a different sonic. The staff here are undertrained and will waste your hard earned money

I'll start off by saying it's my fault for not checking before I drove off, but my burger was wrong. I live 20+ minutes away, so I'm not returning it. Only 2/3rds of the condiments requested made it on the burger and there's barely enough of those 2. They charged me $0.69 (I think) for extra pickles and I got none on my burger. It wasn't a busy time, so I really feel like there's no excuse. The staff were polite, but there should probably be additional training for the cooks.
If you wanna wait 45 minutes to an hour in the Mobile Order Check-in spot, go to this Sonic! I’m convinced if I built a Time Machine and took it back to the Egyptian times, I could have built the Great Pyramids of Giza by myself and teleported back to this Sonic and my cherry limeade and my girlfriends shake would still be in the works! Great place if you wanna kill a lot of time and read the whole entire English Dictionary. Slowest workers I have ever seen and they just completely ignored my car and another dude’s car. Poor service with no urgency at all.

EDIT: I know I’m beefing with a Sonic, but I decided to give it another chance and it went terrible. Only ordered an ocean water and a cheeseburger. It did not come for 40 minutes. I called the inside and they did not apologize, but did “remake” the food. I could tell at the speed they brought it out at that it was not fresh and they had just given me my burger that got lost with my ticket. When I got home and tasted it, it was ice cold. I regret giving them a second chance.
ORIGINAL: You’re telling me, THIS is a chili cheese tots? Girl, all I see are tots. Where is my chili and cheese? If I could give this zero stars, I would. Dry. Flavorless. Chili-less. Cheese-less. EDIT: yeah it would have been nice if I would have checked before I left, but I bet yall wouldn’t do anything about it anyways. Maybe get orders right the first time.
