EDIT: I know I’m beefing with a Sonic, but I decided to give it another chance and it went terrible. Only ordered an ocean water and a cheeseburger. It did not come for 40 minutes. I called the inside and they did not apologize, but did “remake” the food. I could tell at the speed they brought it out at that it was not fresh and they had just given me my burger that got lost with my ticket. When I got home and tasted it, it was ice cold. I regret giving them a second chance.
ORIGINAL: You’re telling me, THIS is a chili cheese tots? Girl, all I see are tots. Where is my chili and cheese? If I could give this zero stars, I would. Dry. Flavorless. Chili-less. Cheese-less. EDIT: yeah it would have been nice if I would have checked before I left, but I bet yall wouldn’t do anything about it anyways. Maybe get orders right the first time.

It’s sad to see such great potential fall to such low standards. Waited 17 minutes to receive cold tots, a burger that’s somehow overcooked yet cold enough to not melt the cheese. Tots were cold, chicken cold, and missing condiments I asked for.
I’d understand if they were busy. Wasn’t the case despite being dinner time. Location doesn’t care, corporate cares less.

I'm a big fan! Their ice cream machine is always working! I'm upset they got rid of ice cream cones but that's probably saved me from a few pounds and added a year back to my life. If you like pickles, definitely try the whole Grilla meal! Our family split one four ways and tried a little of everything. The slushy was a wild ride! My favorite part is ordering in the app and having it ready when I get there. Also, their sugar free drink flavors! Here are our flavor combos for you to copy: strawberry diet limeade, diet dr pepper with strawberry and vanilla, blackberry/raspberry water & peach/mango water. Enjoy!

Every time I come here and get a slushy it taste like dirt. They don’t clean there machine. It’s gross. Probably gonna go to a different one for now on even though this location is the closest to me. Also took them 20 min to bring out one drink and one thing of cheese bites. And they were old ones. And tasted like dirty oil. Last time I came we waited so long for them to bring out a small order that by the time we got it all of it was cold. I’d give 0 stars if I could. Iv worked in fast food and I know it can be better than this.
Toks was an amazing server. She personally deserves a raise or something even more like manager! She is very professional, quick and friendly!
