Absolutely love this place. Great place to watch a game and hang out with friends. The pizza is very good and the beer is always cold. Staff is friendly and doesn’t leave you sitting and waiting around.

My husband and I love the food and atmosphere of this place. It’s a long story but we even got engaged at Southside. The service is always good. My biggest complaint recently though is that ever since Kirstin left the drinks have been subpar, and seem to be expensive for the quality.
Will we continue going here? Absolutely! We just won’t be buying cocktails and alcohol here as much anymore.

The first time I went here, I was told my pizza was burnt. So I had to wait while it was remade. I didn't have any issues the next time.

Was there an hour for a small pizza? A small bread stick, one beer and an appetizer. Saw my waiter twice disappointed in service. Left pizza and breadsticks on the table.
There’s a server with grey hair and a beard held back by rubber bands, wearing a nice gold watch. I don’t know his name, but he was incredible! He greeted us right when we walked in. The place was busy, and a few staff missed us, but he took the time to get us seated and looked after us when no one else did. He was really attentive, making sure our order was right before he entered it. Even after we got our food and drinks, he checked in with us a few times. He seemed happy and like he genuinely enjoyed his job. When we decided to take some food to go and left it on the table, he ran out to bring it to us—which was so thoughtful. I’ve been to plenty of restaurants, and I’ve never had a waiter be so considerate to catch us before we left and bring the food. That was fantastic customer service!

Food is good and service is good but their drinks are ridiculously weak. This is a pub? Not the first time this has happened (why do I continue to return) but when you pay those prices for a drink, you expect at least a reasonable amount of alcohol in it.
