The partners at this location are awesome. The team clearly gets along and works well together and it shows. It creates a rest experience for the customer. Extra points to them for doing a Komodo Dragon coffee tasting for me. As a past partner, this has always been one of my favorites and I haven’t had it in years. Such a kind action

It's a Starbucks, and a college campus one at that. Competent service but my bacon egg sandwich was still cold, obviously frozen and tossed in a microwave. I had my sandwich and was able to eat if before I got my coffee. Used to work in premium fast food, fresh eggs take 40 seconds, frozen take 2 minutes. Corporate Coffee, so I guess that's what I get. At least the BBQ joint next door was open for lunch.

i'm not the type to complain and especially not leave a review, but the young blonde guy was very rude. id rather wait a half hour at memorial where the workers are kind than go here again.

Slow to make the drinks, whole playing and not paying attention to the customers. Next to no interaction with the customers because they employees were too busy interacting with eachother.
Worst experience ever because I ordered a mobile order and the app told me it be done at 9:28, notified me it was done at 9:23 and when I showed up at 9:28 ish I had to go up to the counter and ask where my drink was and they said someone stole it probably and then now I’m still waiting for my medium size drink 30 min later and no one makes it have to go back up and ask why it’s not being made and she says she didn’t under stand me and that her bad. Lol I didn’t even care until the 30 min now leaving @ 9:53

For it being finals week it was very very slow. But I enjoyed play to my order and get in my drain very quickly. I figured it would be jam-packed with college students studying but it wasn't. The Barista was very friendly

Either this location is not making drinks to the typical starbucks standards or starbucks quality has seriously gone down since my last coffee from them. I ordered an almond milk latte with SF vanilla and its tasteless. Nothing coffee or vanilla about it. Just steamed milk. Not worth the almost $6.

This Starbucks has lost a star over time. The newer staff appear to be less focused on efficiently making drinks and more focused on checking their phones and talking amongst themselves. However, the quality of food/drinks remains high.
