I was one of only two customers, and yet the crew managed to mess up a simple order. I got some disgusting algae-like foamy drink instead of a hot chocolate to go and didn't realize the mistake until I got to work.

I recently visited this Starbucks, and while the baristas are doing their best, it's clear they could use more support. The corporate overlords should consider hiring additional baristas to ease the strain.These hardworking baristas need some extra hands to make the coffee experience smoother. It's a shame to witness Gerbes continue this approach. It’s reflecting a concerning approach to employee well-being.

Absolutely wonderful service.The lady MO was so helpful! I think this store maybe be more of a drive thru or pick up which there isn’t a menu inside so she helped me w/ drinks while taking time to answer all my questions. Thanks for the greatsAli & Morgan were amazing & Ali made absolutely perfect drink-which no one gets right!!

I’ve been here a few times before because it is a convient location for me and have been disappointed several times. A few months ago they ran out of coffee entirely. Another time the card reader broke. Today the only girl working “went back for supplies” and was gone for over 25 minutes. She had to be paged twice before she came back, and returned with few items. On top of that, I ordered a decaf and received regular, and the coffee tasted like dirt.

Went in and ordered 3 drinks. One person working, could tell she was very stressed. She sighed, annoyed after we ordered but I wasn’t sure why. We were the only ones in line at that point. We were patient and polite while we waited. Took like 15 minutes, which is fine as we understood she was working alone and another person got in the line at this point. I just didn’t know what we’d done for her to be so unkind toward us (we did order 3 holiday drinks so maybe that’s a pain?).She didn’t say thank you or smile and slung the drink carrier at us when she was done and we damn near dropped all the drinks. Drinks were absolutely delicious, the experience was just unfortunate because I think we just caught Million on an off day.

First time coming here last month and the blender was broken so I had to settle for a Carmel macchiato when I wanted a mocha cookie crumble and low and behold this location is like Mc Donald’s our blender is still broken. A month later!! I won’t be returning as I can drive 5 minutes further and get what I want next time. ??‍♀️

Got there when it opened at 7am and the worker was cleaning and tidying up. Stood there until 7:06 and still hadn’t been waited on. The worker saw me standing there and didn’t even acknowledge me standing there, just continued cleaning. Very poor service.

They never gave me my cookies.. Like how can you not see on my order I ordered madeleines? So I asked for a refund period. And then their breakfast burrito is more tortilla than whatever inside! I’m sorry Starbucks. Used to be my fave but then y’all wanna get real lazy with the customer service and making the food or prepping it.
