I usually love coming here but in the last few weeks I feel like all of the drinks I've ordered have been made carelessly. All of the last few frappuccinos I've ordered have been made with a lot of ice and I couldn't taste the flavor after 3 sips, and then the hot chocolate I had ordered a few days ago was very watery and did not have enough of the mix in it. I understand that some days are off days, but for this to keep happening is a problem. Drinks should be made a little more carefully if someone is paying $6-$7 for them. Overall I'm not very happy with this experience, and probably won't be coming back for a while.

Unfortunately, the coffee at this location has become super mid. It used to be my favorite location, but lately they don’t care to get my order correct. Super disappointing.

Ordered a vinti iced Carmel macchiato with a extra shot of expresso.

Paid 8 dollars for half a cup of ice, and a literal inch of Carmel on top.

Not trying to be dramatic. But paying for a little treat and getting a cup full of Carmel was disappointing.

My drinks are always made wrong at this location. I got an iced pumpkin crème latte today and it didn’t taste anything like it was suppose too. I went a few months ago and got a pink drink and it tasted diluted. Will not be returning. 😞

1st time ordered here ask for salted caramel cold foam. Got regular cold foam with caramel squirt on top. 2nd order got pecan crunch latte and no pecan crunch on it. Expensive for not getting what you order. Unfortunately I couldn’t take it back and have it fixed. Someone picked it up for me both times and I shouldn’t have to have something remade.

I stopped to get a breakfast sandwich and dirty hot chai. My sandwich didn’t have bacon on it and my hot chai was a coffee with cream. Spent almost 13.00! Usually, these guys are great but this morning not .

Manager was condescending and demeaning. Accused me of having incorrect info on app spoke to customer service and turns out I was correct. Point is she made me feel like garbage. Girls behind counter were lovely though.
I've been a Starbucks customer since the 90s it's been months and I have no intention of ever going back. It was that bad.
