Barns and nobles shop. Clerk was too busy playing with books in BN and not in shop. Yelled 5 times for assistance, she finally came with an attitude of disgust and indifference. Rude! Hire someone who actually stays at their job please.

Was rude to a Veteran. Was mad she had to put her book down to do her actual job.
It took long to order.. we had to wait for solid 20 minutes to order and another 10 minutes to get coffee.. anything more then 10 minutes is not acceptable

Cheers to the barista who provided me with a cup of hot water for a bottle even though they were slammed.

Thank you Kelsey, Mark, and Katie for always taking care of me. I highly recommend this Starbucks. The drinks are always good. This location is kept really clean.

We ordered two coffees and three cake pops through the drive through. The service was really fast and my caramel iced latte was very delicious.
Grindstone shop, fast, kind and efficient
well, i wouldn’t say the service was bad.. but that poor girl working by herself, line and little lobby full of customers, i feel just awful for her. where i work is understaffed so i completely understand not having the hands for things but i just know that if the upper management would handle stuff like that a little better there wouldn’t have to be just one barista working there. managing a place properly helps the well-being of the customers as well as the employees. coffee and service from the barista was nice though, very bright smiles from those over worked baristas :)
Love it
