This is how I received my order for a venti iced gingerbread chai. I was in a rush and didn’t notice right away before I left the drive-thru, but this is really unfortunate. I’ve always had really great service here but not today for some reason. Be sure to double check your orders before leaving. Not sure how they can get away with charging for a Venti when only giving you half the cup of the actual drink.

Walked in at 7am. I'm the only person there. 4 employees in there.. 1 working, 3 not. Nobody greets me for a few minutes. One employee walks by me to leave and says nothing. Finally someone said 'do you need to order?'
Barista was rude, and short. I asked if I was able to order here and she looked at me like I was crazy.
Anyway. Learn to greet and say hello or even good morning.

The store had recently went a remodel and moved the intercom, which I was unaware of, so I passed it up. I attempted to back up however there was a car that had pulled up behind me not leaving enough space to back up to the intercom where they could hear or register that my car was there. I decided I would just order from the window. I pulled around and after a few seconds beeped my horn so that she knew I was there. The barista came to the window puzzled and said yes. I explained that I had passed the intercom up, as I was unaware that they had moved it. I passed it up and couldn't back up far enough for them to register that the car was there so I just figured I would order from the window. The Barista says, "Well, you will need to go around the building and get in the back of the line, because there are cars in front of you. " I explained, "I know there are cars in front of me, because I was in front of all of them. I was the first in line, but I passed the intercom up accidently." She continued you will need to go to the end of the line. After explaining how ridiculous that was, she left the window and the I presume manager came to the window. The manager came and said, "We can get your order today, but in the future you will have to go to the back of the line...Without even asking me what happened. I explained to her as I had the Barista that I accidently passed the intercom due to the remodel, as I hadn't been to that location in a while. The manager continued to tell me in the future I would need to get to the back of the line, but then says, yes we did have a remodel, and can get your order this time, but in the future you will need to go to the end of the line. I stopped her and said, What you needed to do was simply say, "You're right, we did have a remodel, I'm sorry that happened to you. Let me get your order since your here at the window, however in the future if you don't mind can you come into the store and grab your order, so that it dosen't throw the orders off. The manager looked at me as if I was talking a foreign language....As if to say where do they offer service like that? Sadly, I suppose this is where we are today in terms of customer service, particularly at this Starbucks. I know you all can do better, because the other Starbucks, particularly on Rangeline and the West side rocks it every time...Wonderful personalities and service in each store. After I left the drive through I went straight to the East Starbucks and that is where I got my meal/coffee and good service.

This Starbucks (Broadway and Fairview) is the best Starbucks in town! It’s much easier to get in and out of than the others. The baristas are always very nice even being extremely busy. They are always so sweet when they stop what they are doing to hand me a straw for my caramel macchiato. The mobile app is amazing and makes pick up a breeze. Thank you guys!

I get the same thing every single time. And there are days or times during the week. The drink is perfect. And then there are days like the last two, where the drink doesn’t even taste like the drink. Iced shaken espresso cold foam. Spending 6 dollars on a grande drink to be disappointed and not finish it is tiring. And I really wish they could just be consistent with it. This has been my favorite starb since before they remodeled. But lately just seems slacky. Whether it’s wrong or the drink is watered down before I leave the parking lot. It’s a lot for a single drink.

Love the morning crew here! They always hand me a straw and sometimes even write a cute note on my cup. I know how busy it gets here so the extra time they take on my order means a lot!

Love getting breakfast from here, nearly every weekend for the last year or so. Usually I send my husband for pickups after an online order and it works perfectly. They're quick and have never gotten the order incorrect, we love them!Service could be better. I've stepped in the lobby to pick up a drink a few times within the last few months and maybe one time I've gotten a "hello" or "have a nice day", not a huge deal, just something I noticed.
