This location is a mobile order/drive thru location (no seating or restrooms) so not very much interaction with baristas. Waited over 20 minutes for my drink to be made, 10 minutes later than my husbands drink which was ordered at the same time. I could see my (forgotten about) cup with the sticker on it sitting next to the espresso machine. I tried to ask a barista but she said “we are understaffed, we will get your drink when the sticker comes up in the order it was received”. She walked off before I could ask about the cup sitting there waiting. Several minutes later a different barista picked up the cup, looked over sheepishly, and began making my drink. She did apologize for the wait which I appreciate. I understand that this model of store is being phased out in the next year which is probably for the best…not easy for baristas to communicate with customers and certainly not conducive to a commitment to customer service.

I didn’t see her name. Last alphabets are -nya. Her tone and service were awful. My husband once complained how their service was not good but this time again, I have never seen unkind service in any Starbucks.

This is how I received my order for a venti iced gingerbread chai. I was in a rush and didn’t notice right away before I left the drive-thru, but this is really unfortunate. I’ve always had really great service here but not today for some reason. Be sure to double check your orders before leaving. Not sure how they can get away with charging for a Venti when only giving you half the cup of the actual drink.

Walked in at 7am. I'm the only person there. 4 employees in there.. 1 working, 3 not. Nobody greets me for a few minutes. One employee walks by me to leave and says nothing. Finally someone said 'do you need to order?'
Barista was rude, and short. I asked if I was able to order here and she looked at me like I was crazy.
Anyway. Learn to greet and say hello or even good morning.
