I waited 12 minutes to receive service at this Starbucks before I went to customer service to ask them for a worker. All I wanted was a cream cheese muffin. The employee seemed not so interested in their jobs or the establishment.

Cassie is the BEST! She lets me get adventurous with orders and always puts on a smile for customers. Hy-Vee is lucky to have such an amazing barista! I hope they realize her value. Keep up the amazing work Cassie, we all notice you ?
