“I thought the meat and cheese were supposed to be freshly sliced. Pfffft, no way. The meat is still laying there, clearly pre-sliced with the wax paper in between each portion. THEN, the woman goes from cleaning the back "kitchen" and proceeded to try and make meal WITHOUT changing gloves/washing her hands. I walked out.“
“Normally if I get Subway I eat at the one in Ashland but today I gave this location a try and it was a good experience!The place was clean and the worker there was a lady who was very polite and professional.The food turned out great as well!Everything in the ingredients trey looked very fresh.There are a lot of Subways in Columbia and this is definitely one of the good ones!“

Sometimes a bit slow - they get busy and don't think there are many employees on duty - and don't like that they only honor coupons 2 days of the week.
It's inside the Mall food court so while there's plenty of seating and a bathroom nearby, it is part of the mall, not their store.“

I came in 9/1 around 12:30 for the lunch rush and the two people working were SO FAST, SO NICE, made sure my order was PERFECT, knew the EXACT questions to ask and overall had a GREAT attitude!! “I went in to get my dinner with my husband. I enjoyed my experience with Aquiera. Every time I go to this location, they have amazing staff who are care about every person who walks in there. “My kids and I visited subway on Paris Rd, Columbia Mo. tonight. The service was exceptional. We will be back for sure. The lady's who were working tonight went above and beyond to make sure we felt welcome and got what we need. A BIG THANK YOU! Seems like customer service with fast food chains are lacking personal attention and responsibilities. But this crew tonight, they were definitely on top of their game.“
