The steak sandwich I ordered was tasteless. Prices are through the roof and the size of the bread (width wise) has shrunk by 50%. No longer good value for money.

I was made a sandwich this morning by a lovely woman who told me she has been with the company since 2001. I believe she was actually the manager at this location. She was super sincere, and made me a great sandwich. Very friendly, I thoroughly enjoyed her customer service. I will most likely be visiting again because of her.
Also the Bella Mozz was very good, I may avoid the dressing next time and just go with mayonnaise but that's just a me thing. ☺️

Subs tend to be good here. They do have a sign posted close to the register that excludes a lot of items from coupons. The exclusions are probably about 80 percent of the menu. The reason stated is due to increased in prices of ingredients, but to exclude that much items is just ridiculous.Definitely won’t be going back, because two of the items I always order is on that list.
