Today I went into the store, expecting to use my coupon. First of all, they only allow coupons on Saturday and Sunday, which is already crazy. Since we already got told we can not use our coupon we decided to use the ad on the wall, which the first employee said we could use. The ad said $6 off when you purchase 3 foot longs all day every day. However, once we went to check out, the lady said we could only get two dollars off. I asked why they had it on the wall if it’s not true and she said she wasn’t sure. If it’s not all day every day then take it off the wall.

I ordered two sandwiches today through the mobile app, both identical. It said there were no green peppers, which is okay I just made my sandwich’s without them. Picked them up, drove home, and both sandwiches were wrong. Off the bat, the breads were wrong but I can look past that, maybe they ran out before the app could notify me like the green peppers. Now what confuses me is the lack of ingredients in the sandwiches, and both having different sauces. One had mayo and the other had honey mustard, when they were supposed to have mayo and chipotle on each. Just very disappointing.

Super slow at making sandwiches. Was next in line and stood there for 15 min while 1 of 2 people where making (6) FT long dippers. No way should that take that long. Snails pace. I just walked out, cuz there was no sense of urgency.

I order online from here a lot because my work is close to it and I seldomly have problems but today the bread for my sandwich was pretty much burnt to a crisp. I couldn't even squish it down, it was rock hard.

Our sandwich professional was new. But he did a fabulous job! So there doing something right here! Food was great this time as well. Have had dry bread issues from this one before but only once a while back. Place is improving. Thank you.

I believe the worker name is Heather M. and she was very unprofessional I asked if I could swap out meat and very rudely answered me. Then she wouldn't toast my sandwich or add all the veggies and seasonings I asked for. Will probably be a jersey mikes or jimmy john's customer from now on. This location has ruined subway for me.

You should not have pretzels if you can't do it right. A pretzel is probably one of the easiest foods you could do... Should have done sliders or something that is in your capabilities. A tough chewy pretzel with no cheese option? ????????????????

Ordered online 25 minutes before arrival. Lady was rude when I arrived on time and said she was going to start it at 12:20. When it was shown ready for pick-up at 12:20pm. Always had trouble getting food on time here.

Have not been to a subway in a few years because they had gotten so bad but after all the commercials about how much better they have gotten I decided to try again. Wish I never would have all I had was bologna on my sandwich as I ordered a cold cut combo as did my daughter and when we got home we had to put our own lunch meat on it. NEVER AGAIN
