Ordered online 25 minutes before arrival. Lady was rude when I arrived on time and said she was going to start it at 12:20. When it was shown ready for pick-up at 12:20pm. Always had trouble getting food on time here.

Have not been to a subway in a few years because they had gotten so bad but after all the commercials about how much better they have gotten I decided to try again. Wish I never would have all I had was bologna on my sandwich as I ordered a cold cut combo as did my daughter and when we got home we had to put our own lunch meat on it. NEVER AGAIN

Manager made it right but it sounds like a nightmare owning one of those stores. None of the stores here have a working phone line, the app sells things they don't even offer and have no way of doing refunds, they don't have a corporate number? Maybe I was lied to about no corporate number but still sounds terrible management at the regional level.

Trash. I did a pick up order. Had a wrap in my order with chicken and cheese that didn’t even go near a microwave before they wrapped it up and sent it with me. I wasn’t there as it was a DD I placed but how hard is it?

Normally if I get Subway I eat at the one in Ashland but today I gave this location a try and it was a good experience!The place was clean and the worker there was a lady who was very polite and professional.The food turned out great as well!Everything in the ingredients trey looked very fresh.There are a lot of Subways in Columbia and this is definitely one of the good ones!
Love this place! The ladies in there are SUPER nice. And the food is very fresh! 10/10.

The lady was nice and my order was correct. My complaint is that after part of the ice machine fell and hit me on the top of my head and forehead, the lady took my contact information to give to her boss, that was to be in by 3pm, so they could call and check on me and how I was doing. 2 days and no call. You don't treat customers that way.

The lady working did not have a name tag on. She was an older African American lady that was exceptionally rude to everyone in the store. Demanding people know exactly what they wanted before we made it to the counter. When I finally ordered she was rude and dismissive. A gentleman behind me was ridiculed and yelled at for not knowing what toppings he wanted.
