Sometimes a bit slow - they get busy and don't think there are many employees on duty - and don't like that they only honor coupons 2 days of the week.
It's inside the Mall food court so while there's plenty of seating and a bathroom nearby, it is part of the mall, not their store.

The guy there was super quick and very knowledgeable, I hadn't been to subway in years and was very shocked by the new menu, but he helped me through it and got my sandwich fixed up real nice! Thank you for being quick and efficient

Many ingredients, including cheese and ham, were left out without saying anything. Thanks to you, lunch was ruined. Take a close look at what you put in and don’t go when there are people around. I'm not even answering the phone.They didn’t put any cheese or ham, meat in my BLT sandwich except a tiny piece of bacon. And they didn’t even tell me about it. I recommend you to always look at what they are and are not putting in your sandwich. And they never answer calls.

I spoke to the nicest employee here yesterday. I wanted some water and a 20 oz bottled Diet Coke. I was surprised that the total was around $6! The gentleman I spoke to told me he even feels bad that the bottled water is nearly $3. I asked if I could just have a cup of water instead. He was very nice about it, and with the money I saved, I was able to buy a cookie. I just can’t get over how nice he was.

As of minutes ago, I was greeted by the lady currently working very rudely. I had never met someone so unkind and unwelcoming. The way they interact with customers ashamed me. I have never had such a rude interaction.

Literally stood in line while another person was checking out then BOTH workers went into the back and 15 minutes later still didn’t come out. I gave up but was sitting near there with my other food and the person in front of me waited even longer. rang the bell 4-5x and still nothing.. you can see them both in the back standing around chatting....

Stood in line to get a drink but left due to the fact that the employee was picking trash up off the floor and didn’t change their gloves afterwards. Disgusting.
