Stopped for lunch on 7/16/2024 at about 1:08 pm, husband ordered the footlong boss sandwich for our dine in meal. Half it went on the floor when he was holding the 7 month old. He told the worker, threw away the half and she made a new boss 6 inch for him. He brought, wrapped, heated it up, and upon eating it a hard piece of substance was in the meatball. Have photos but Google won't let me upload. Still have sandwich and product found inside. Message for pics, please don't eat.

Nice Subway, usually not to busy and very clean
Look Jeff, Why should I spend 12 dollars for a sandwich I can get better at the Butcher shop for 7. Why should I go to a shop guaranteed to only have one person on staff. Sorry bro but you are choking out the one good thing you got going for you about the Broadway location higher traffic. God bless man.

forgot 2/3 items in my order, and the number to call them doesn’t work.
The owner of all Subways in Columbia has chosen for all Columbia Subways to NOT HONOR COUPONS. All Columbia stores only offer slight discounts when you bring in a coupon. A buy-one-get-one coupon now gets you a measly $4 off your order. The Columbia franchise owner tries to justify this by blaming it on "extreme inflation" and "labor shortages". The prices of sandwiches continuously increase because of inflation. The choice not to honor coupons is HIS DECISION because he is GREEDY. The Columbia Subway franchise owner has chosen to not honor coupons in order to keep his profit margins high. This is a scam.
I had a coupon for buy a footlong get one free. As soon as I walked in theres a sign about coupons that states because of staff shortages my coupon was only good for buy one get $4 off the other one. I dont know what having staff shortages has to do with not getting one free but I took the deal. Sandwiches were good. Plenty on both but they didnt give me the $4 off. There was an uncomfortable feeling as soon as I walked in and got worse as I was waiting to get out of there. Not sure what that was. So..so much for your coupons if you're looking to use one.
Drove 20 minutes to find out they’re closed. No signage on the door or updated Google hours.

If I could give zero stars, I would. The employee insulted me the entire time I ordered, dispite me saying nothing other than what I wanted on the sandwich. She was super nice to the lady behind me though, maybe she just didn't like how I looked? Never left a review for any place before, but you couldn't pay me to put up with that again.
Probably the rudest employee I’ve ever interacted with anywhere. Super pushy and angry at me for taking even 1 second to decide what I want. Pretty much yelled at and demeaned me the entire time I was in the place. I don’t leave reviews on places usually but this was wild I couldn’t not say anything. Only giving it a 2 because the place was clean and inviting. Too bad the staff was unbelievably hostile.
Subway but normally people care how well they do at their job in Como...it's way good. <3 - Lady Raine
It's subway, what can I say? It's ok... Greatly depends on who makes your sandwich. Definitely no consistency.
Atmosphere: The main thing I noticed about this location was all the crumbs. There wasn't an area to sit that didn't have crumbs on the table waiting to greet you. This was even when the place wasn't very busy, and the staff could have had time to wipe down the tables.
