The worker that was there accidentally got sauce on it because they thought it was my family members. And we said loudly (not too loud) but we said loudly that mine wasn't supposed to have any sauce on it and mine was the Italian bread. They put sauce on the Italian bread and left it there. It tasted disgusting because they got it wrong.

Every time I think it's ok to give subway another chance I'm proven wrong. Pretty much any other sandwich place is better.

My grandmother always wants Quiznos because she said there is more on the sandwiches which is not true. Now that I have showed her Subway she's a fan of their cold sandwiches. Way better and feel like they have a wider selection of toppings to add.

Worse subway here. How are you open and not have anyone at the register? Had to wait minutes and called three times before anyone even came out. Kayce didn't even know how to make the Turkey Bacon wrap nor did they have guacamole. She was also very rude stating they don't have cameras and got even more upset because we almost just walked out. Yet neither her nor the other employee (who didn't even have a name tag on but was at least nice) were at the register. Had it not been for the other lady being nice we would have "bailed" (as the term kaycee put it). Then after getting her name she ran back off to the back even though there was another customer in line behind us while the other lady was ringing us up. Very poor customer service. And if Kayce is a manager then maybe she needs to be retrained or learn some customer service skills.

TV add is a come on. It says order on line 2 for one, when you get there they say they cant honor the add witjout special code on ticket and gave me one sandwich. I went elsewhere for my friends sandwich and wont go back.

While the sandwich artists that work there are nice they have a habit of being out of the meat that is used in their daily 6 inch deal if the day. I’d understand late in the day, but early morning. Usually they say it’s due to the person working the night before not filling up what’s out for the next shift. You would think they could substitute another daily deal sandwich.
