They make the sushi fresh throughout the day and place them in a refrigerated display by the register, so if you want sushi all you have to do is pick the container you want and pay so it is very pick and convenient. The sushi itself is fresh and I have never had a bad experience. I usually get Gyoza (steamed dumpling) with mine and it has always been good and the service is professional.

Beef curry, shumai, and gyoza are the orders I woukd recommend. The sushi rice here are too hard and the fish was not as fresh as expected. But the spicy beef curry is my favorite in the student center.

All together it probably took about 45 minutes between placing our order and receiving it, but it was well worth the wait! We decided to share a hoagie since we were going to the Reading Terminal Market right after.

I stumbled across this actually intending to go to another restaurant in the area. Man I am soooo glad I came in. The food was amazing and reasonably priced. The customer service was even better! Can't wait to see this menu expansion.
