This location has extremely inconsistent service. Sometimes it is fine, but I've also had a lot of orders messed up. Paid customizations ignored, vegetarian dishes having meat added, entire items missing, lacking portions. I've been turned away after mobile ordering because they decided to close down the store for a private event. I once ordered coffee because it was on the menu, but then they just told me they didn't sell it, even though it was listed and I paid for it and they used to have it. They have lost a lot of money because Taco Bell has to refund me.
Vegetarian options: Many vegetarian options, pretty much everything else can be customized to be vegetarian or vegan, but no guarantee against cross contamination with animal products.

I can't rate the food cause everyone seems to like it and I don't but it's a super packed place and half the time the workers aren't working but are super slow and sometimes aren't working.
Lazy workers. Always say they only accept door dash and online orders when you come to the drive through. Wish their corporate would step in and do something about it.

The worst Taco Bell I’ve ever been to. Rude service, rude workers and they shut the lobby kiosk off and still allowed order on them for 2 hours while people waited. They stole hundreds if not thousands of dollars from customer tonight. Never go here

10/16/24 4:21pm Order Num: 187 Worst drive-thru experience I've ever had. My partner and I were picking up food for friends. The woman was full of attitude at every item. When we tried to order a "steak grilled cheese burrito; add chicken" she either acted like the item didn't exist, couldn't understand my partner, and in the end charged us for 2 separate burritos. Towards the last couple items, my partner and I were absolutely done with her attitude and just got whatever she decided to punch in. Normally I don't go out of my way to leave a review. Normally we love this location because the service is good. But today pushed us both to the edge. If a manager wants to reach out, I'd be happy to discuss further. I'll be keeping my receipt in case it's needed.
