Was not allowing us to get our order at 10:30. Already purchased the food. Does not close until 3am. Workers decided that we just can’t get our food. Horrible service worker cussed out my friend when she asked if they could at least bring us our orders.

This is the worst place in the world
Amazing people here. You can tell they’re working their butts off. They haven’t messed up a single order of mine for as long as I can remember. They accidentally made an extra quesadilla. Instead of throwing it away they gave me 2. This isn’t the first act of kindness I’ve seen firsthand. One thing I know for sure is that I’ll keep coming back here!

The food was ready fast, order was perfect and the costumer service was kind and professional!
This Taco Bell is fast, efficient, and friendly. You can taste that everything is made fresh when you order it. The only downside is they were short staffed so we had to use the kiosk instead of a person taking the order which seems to take twice as long but it's understandable when you have no help at times

While in the drive through we were waiting for 15 minutes and one of the managers had to yell outside of the window at employees that were standing outside to get back to work. When we received our food and opened it at home multiple food items were completely wrong. We were also not given certain items in our order. Highly disappointed in this beautiful establishment. Please bring this to your higher ups in the next board meeting. Best of luck

I ordered on the app at 10:45 and the predicted pick up time was 11:14… I did not get my order until 12:20. The manager of the store did no managing and did not lead from the front at all. She stood at the front and only red names. No helping her staff. They also lost all online orders for a while. Don’t go here on a game day.
I know no one's gonna care because it's Taco Bell so what else would you expect, but I've been here an hour and a half now and still don't have food and everyone that was here after us came and went. I get it's busy, but they're just not making the orders in order. Terrible management.

Taco Bell is a place where you go to get something to fill you not a place you usually find pleasure in food at. It has been that way for many locations I have been at, however this particular location has a bit more slack when it comes to the staffs motivation and attentiveness. If your looking to fill your stomach this is the place otherwise it leaves a lot to be desired even from a fast food establishment.

If you’re ordering after 9pm on a weekend good luck. Numerous times I have ordered my food and it has been multiple hours for me to get my food. It’s honestly ridiculous and it shouldn’t take that long. Not good at all.

If you order a mobile order for drive through, don’t go inside to get it. I went inside because the drive through was long. I had to wait 30 min and watched countless people go through the drive through. I finally went to the counter when the drive through was empty and asked if I get in the drive through can they make my order? They realized my order was made 10 min ago but did not tell me. I was the only one waiting in the store. My food was cold and gross. A homeless man threw his drink and I was an inch from the splash zone. Bizarre and frustrating. Go to the other t bells in town…this one is horrible.
Denied me service before close
I would have spoken to the restaurant, had someone answered any calls, but 4 cups of sour cream does not replace cheese on a Nachos BellGrande. If you have zero cheese in house, say so. That way customers can just change their order or leave. Instead, i got home with what might have been supper but instead is trash. I usually request no sour cream, but forgot, so that's my bad. You assuming covering the entire thing to hide the lack of an ounce of cheese was your bad. Inedible soggy mess. Do better.
