This location is a joke and we won't be returning. There is clearly an issue with management since they have such high turnover that every single person in here was new. Whoever answered the phone had a attitude with me because they didn't get our order right and I was frustrated that we had to wait 15 minutes for a few items. I let her know that I was going to leave a review and she yelled at me on the phone, "that's fine ma'am!.." I don't know what else she was going to say. I hung up or on her before she could continue flapping her gums at me. 2 pm and can't keep up with a slow crowd. How embarrassing.

This place has a constant rotation of new employees that seem to hate their job and take it out on the customer. Avoid this location.

Have given this store chance after chance to make a simple order correctly and time after time they have proven to be unable to follow simple instructions, something as simple as don’t add sour cream to a burrito shouldn’t be treated as if it’s rocket science. Maybe management should actually monitor their employees to ensure they complete orders to simple specifications.

Worst Tacobell experience you could possibly get right here. The staff is unfriendly and rude. My order is always either wrong or ice cold, even when I come in to pick it up. Both bathrooms looked and smelled like something from a horror film. I would try out Abelardos on Paris, or another of the taco bells in town before this one.
