I came in at 10am requesting 120 items for noon TODAY. I knew it was a stretch of a request but Kaylynne (im sure ive misspelled that- im sorry!) had no problem accommodating my request! I came back at noon to a fully prepared and boxed order thanks to Corvet (also probably misspelled 😐) who also graciously carried it out to my car! My team was fed and happy- the work day was a win... all thanks to clark ln t-bell! The food was great and they gave us enough sauce and napkins for an army! Thankful and grateful to both of these awesome employees!

Horrible! Just because I can afford 2.76$ for a meal doesnt mean i can donate to a large organization that does NOT contribute locally!!! How about donating to the customers that purchase from you locally??? I know, what a concept. Not everyone qualifies for non profit help!

Ordered online and wife picked up. They gave my wife the wrong order. Took forever to get that order. Then wanted to give the original correct order they made when I went back instead of remaking it after a good 20-30 minutes. Long enough for the wife to get home, me get dressed, and us drive back up there. Refused a refund so I'm left with old cold food and having to look up corporate office number.

Got a Cantina Chicken Bowl, which had 3 pieces of chicken. The workers claim it is pre portioned out and should be around 3 oz of chicken, but my bowl had not even an ounce of meat! My friend waited 40+ minutes for an online order. When asked about the wait time, the manager just gives excuses. The workers either have no idea what's going on in the kitchen or are complaining in the back about everything. One of the worst Taco Bell's in Columbia! Not to mention, there was nobody here when we came in to pick up our mobile orders! This place needs a serious restart. Some of the workers are nice, but others need to kick it. Lots of unhappy customers here besides me and my friend. I will never be coming back to this location until they get their crap together, and I advise you don't either.
This is the cleanest and nicest Taco Bell in the country! Great staff and food! 10/10

Sat at drive through for 5 minutes just after midnight. Worker said give him 30 sec. Waited waited waited. Never took my order. Why are u even open? This location has been rude and acted like they didn't want to wait on customers the last 2 times I was here. Ridiculous. Need a new crew.
