The service isn’t as bad as it used to be. It doesn’t take an hour every time you come here. However, if you do come here, use the app. Don’t hand them your card because they will steal your card info. Has happened to me twice now and both times this was the only place I went to that had personal access to my card. Yeah I know I’m the dummy for letting it happen twice. It definitely won’t happen again because I’ll never be back here.

Pulled in at 9:30ish. Watched a truck leave before they even got to order their food because there were 2 other cars in front of it. When we finally got to tell the we placed an order on the app they had to ask for who twice. There were 3 cars ahead of us at that point, the one at the window was the same one that was there when we pulled in. 9:57 we finally pulled up and while messing with her cell phone the employee said “are you here for that Kevin order.” Said yeah and she said okay and then walked off still messing with her phone. I could understand being understaffed if the service wasn’t almost always this slow. Same employee that asked us if we were here for an order also was yelling at other employees. Gave us our food at 10:01 without the nuggets and had an attitude about it. Finally left at 10:02.

By far the worst fast food experience I have never had. I got there and there was nobody up front to take my order. when I finally got to place my order, they were arguing over who was supposed to be making it and where the ingredients were. Once I finally got my food it was not put together. One of my tacos wasn’t even wrapped up.

I use to work at this location nd it’s very sad that there r this many bad reviews but definitely not surprising!!! There’s a bunch of kids that work there that don’t want to work they just come for social hour, the GM b sleeping wit her employees KNOWING they have a whole family at home which did nothing but break that family up…..no it was not my family!!! The people that do come to work nd do their job plus 5 other peoples jobs r definitely not acknowledged instead they r let go or end up finding jobs that appreciates the work they do!!! As I went thru these reviews, it’s YEARS of bad reviews!!! To every 10 bad reviews, there is 1 good review, then the higher up don’t even try to make it rite with the costumers becuz they don’t even acknowledge the issues!!! Camron, the “owner” needs to do better, but hey it was passed down to him so he for real ain’t in it becuz he enjoys it, it’s basically free money for him LBVFS!!!
