Place does not seem to be cleaned in the lobby. Heater isn't on to accommodate guest that want to dine in. Nobody seems to want to help you forcing you to use the kiosk.

I would give zero if it was an option. Used the app to order and picked up half naked nachos smothered in sour cream
My order was for extra nacho cheese NO Sour cream.. this wasnt mistake, it was choice by an employee to make and hand me something this gross and in direct opposition to what I ordered. Called corporate got a 10$ apology that is useless.. where would I use it? Order from your awful restaurant again? No thank you. Wouldn't refund even with pictures and refused to escalate my call. Shitty company dont give them your data

Genuinely Elianna B was probably the most unnecessary rudest interaction Ive had in a minute. Spoke to us like we were dumb along with a huff and sigh. And no surprise food is wrong so I got screwed out of a breakfast because of religious restrictions on meats

Walked in, greeted with the smell of cigarettes. Restroom was AWFUL. Employees were all on their phones. Our food was at least made fresh once they noticed we were here.

I The manager on duty threaten to spit in my food the next time I came through the line because they had my name from me lodging a complaint against her ableist actions. Thankfully, I'm not from here so I don't have to be concerned about management spitting in my food. But for y'all locals you might want to watch out for this one.I use the mobile app as I have a walking amputation and the staff there tried to demand I go into the lobby to get my drive-thru order. This is absolutely discriminatory against people who are physically disabled
