Genuinely Elianna B was probably the most unnecessary rudest interaction Ive had in a minute. Spoke to us like we were dumb along with a huff and sigh. And no surprise food is wrong so I got screwed out of a breakfast because of religious restrictions on meats

Walked in, greeted with the smell of cigarettes. Restroom was AWFUL. Employees were all on their phones. Our food was at least made fresh once they noticed we were here.

I The manager on duty threaten to spit in my food the next time I came through the line because they had my name from me lodging a complaint against her ableist actions. Thankfully, I'm not from here so I don't have to be concerned about management spitting in my food. But for y'all locals you might want to watch out for this one.I use the mobile app as I have a walking amputation and the staff there tried to demand I go into the lobby to get my drive-thru order. This is absolutely discriminatory against people who are physically disabled

Took FOREVER, got home and was missing 3 items, went back through the drive though, 20 more minutes, and was told I have to go inside, no one at the cash register, 15 minutes later the lady working the line told me I need to talk with a manger who took another 10 minutes. 50 minutes to get my missing items. Seemed like more work for me and my family then the enjoyment of eatting out. Going to pass on going back for a long time.

I ordered the new cheesy dipper burrito. I asked for the side of Cheese so I can dip my burrito in it and the lady that was catching me out wanted to charge me for that side when it says on your menu your choice of and then it goes to the sides

Nobody was around to take my order, so I did it on the kiosk. I continued to use the restroom and stood in the lobby waiting for about 15 more minutes waiting for my food. I was the only person in the building.

Located in Columbia Mo.
This place was filthy from the entrance doors, bathroom, and the Kioste. The kitchen prep area was also disgusting.
Do Not Recommend this location.

Too bad you have to give a star rating to leave your comments, Taco Bell does not even deserve 1 star. This visit ended any chance of Taco Bell as a choice for fast food. You cannot pay me to eat at their establishment ever again.
1) The food was far below par, and sloppily assembled.
2) The customer service was non-existent, I stood at the counter a full 5 minutes waiting to be waited on. Two employees made eye contact with me and did not even acknowledge me. All they had to do was ask if there was something I needed.
After several minutes of awkward silence, I saw that you had to order by a self-service screen.
This is so sad, I started working at Taco Bell in the 1970's and the product was great. Taco Bell has steadily declined in quality since then.
