This is my first time to this location. I ordered my food through the kiosk, which I normally would’ve done anyways and waited around 10 to 15 minutes to get my order. In the lobby, near my table, appeared to be an employee break room with a cell phone, drinks, and a car seat with a doll in it. The floor was absolutely disgusting, windows, filthy, doors, just as dirty. What floored me the most was a condition of the men’s restroom. A sign stated they checked their bathrooms every 30 minutes and I was the only one in that lobby for over an hour And I saw no one checked the restroom. I have attached photos of what I found in the restroom. I did not take any photos from inside the lobby, but I think Taco Bell corporate needs to make a visit to this location and have a very stern visit with the manager. I will not be returning to this location unless things get back to the way that they should be.

I went to the Ashland Taco Bell and once again the got my order wrong. I didn’t realize it until I was too far to go back. I stopped at the cinnamon hill location and went in with my issue. I told them I understood that they could not give me my correct order for free but just wanted what I had ordered. They quickly said that they were happy to replace it and for free. I have been to the cinnamon hill location quite often and they are always polite and courteous and make their food correctly every time. I just wanted to acknowledge them and say they are doing a fantastic job!

The shells were broke and hardly any meet in my taco supreme. Thank god we checked our order cause they left out 3 items. Wished I would’ve seen taco before o got home

Taco bell has gone down the drain - columbia has terrible chains - worst I've ever had. Orders incorrect. Missing products in ordered items, half the portions that should be in them, and you still pay inflated prices. Don't bother

Best Taco Bell I’ve had in a long time! It was hot and there was the right amount of meat and cheese, it wasn’t just thrown in the wrapper, it even LOOKED good! It was fast and the staff were very polite. Thanks for a great fast-food experience- that is a rare thing!

If it happened just once, wouldn't be so bad. We've eaten there three times over as many months and have decided to give up on this restaurant. Constantly sent home with missing items from drive thru. Long waits. The employees barely offer the time to acknowledge they are providing service to another human being. Just not a good place to dine.
The restaurant was noticeably clean, remarkably clean. On an early Sunday afteroon it was shocking to see a fast food restaurant that clean. Greeted by Demarcus, everything went ultra fast, and each item was fit to be photographed and said photographs used as menu images. Great experience for dining, unbelievable experience at this taco bell

Don't go to the Taco Bell at stadium and 63 on your way to jeff city the last 3 times there the food was pretty bad. This last time I threw it out wen I got to Taco bell in ashland
