It was good however, the older lady upfront kept screaming at the cook in the back constantly so it did not make a good first impression for me at all. She needs to be taught how to be a professional because she was not. I truly felt sorry for the guy cooking.

The service is what makes the place a slam dunk. They bend over backwards for the customer. I can't say enough nice!

Love love love
They are always nice and kind. Food is always hot and delicious
Ordered a #7 “Chicken Fiesta Taco” meal and was asked if I wanted steak or chicken. I told her I wanted the #7 on the menu which clearly states it is Chicken, not steak. She then asked if I wanted all the ingredients in the the meal. When ordering, I gave no indication of “this” but “without this”. At this point, she was just trying to confuse the order. The insufferable and unnecessary amount of questions de legitimatizes the menu board if you have a system to order by meal number. When I ordered the other taco, she didn’t ask if I wanted all the ingredients in that! Stop trying to make it harder!

Paid $3.24 for a side of chips and nacho cheese and got 17 cold and stale chips with a half filled condiment cup of nacho cheese that had bits of semi solid cheese in it.
Definitely not worth it by any means.

Absolutely life-changing. The best authentic Mexican I've ever had since moving from Mexico City. Unbelievable

Very kind and friendly. Will work with you if you want anything added to your burrito or taco. Must get the potato lay with the nacho cheese dip. To die for.

Menu board shows “2 crispy chicken tacos” priced at $4(and some change). Ordered that thinking I would be getting 2 tacos for about $5. It was actually 2 for about $10. This is really misleading. Menu board should read:
“crispy chicken taco” priced at
$4.xx/1 or
$9.xx/2
2 taco combo for $x.xx.
After talking to the lady at the front, seems like this misunderstanding happens a lot. Was offered a refund for the second taco which I declined, I just think the board could use updating to avoid future misunderstandings that may lead customers to not return.
The taco consisted of 2 tiny chicken nuggets some sauce and a gracious handful of lettuce - to me not really worth it. Potatoes ole were priced clearly and fairly and were made well.

Food was OK. Our order was taken quickly. It took 20 minutes to get 6 tacos and 2 orders of tater tots prepared and served. No hot sauce or napkins available for customer use.

Went to Taco John’s and tried their boss burrito, and was overwhelmingly dissatisfied. For $10.84 I received a burrito that was less than a third filled, with the driest chicken and beans I may have ever experienced in my life. I did not know beans could get so powdery. Extremely disappointed, first three bites were all tortilla, no sauce, no filling, just tortilla. Absolutely not as advertised, do not give these people your business. This 1 burrito also took 10 minutes to receive, and the cashier had to ring it in twice.
