I usually only eat the crunchy beef tacos and some tater tots with them every once in a while, but they’ve never failed me. The tacos have always been fresh and good. I usually dine in when I eat there so the tacos don’t have time to get soft.
I prefer their tacos over Taco Bell on any day.
There’s plenty of lettuce. Plenty of cheese, sauce comes on them plenty of meat, fresh crunchy tacos, all the time! It’s made right in front of you. The store is clean. The people are always nice to me!!! And the lady that usually works in there with the long hair is extremely nice to me all the time. I appreciate you, thank you very much.!!!

5 stars for 5 reasons, Number 1, Food, the food is great, almost like a resturant with how good it is, Number 2, Staff, the normal cashier is a kind lady who is very nice and easy to get along with, Number 3, atmosphere, now it is a food court but they still manage to have the aroma of a Mexican kitchen, Number 4, Wait time, they take no more than 6 minutes for you to get piping hot bean burritos. Number 5. Prices their prices are the cheapest in mall for sure. 2 dollars for a bean burrito is crazy!

WORST service I’ve ever had. I’ve never left a review before but the service was so bad I went out of my way to mention it. Lady at the front counter was impossible to understand, and when my order was incorrect I went up to the counter to correct it. In the process I was polite and was ready to pay the proper cost to add what was missing to my meal. However, instead of letting this happen she informed me she had asked twice whilst yelling at me angrily and explaining to me how a touchpad worked and that i should’ve read the iPad before I took my receipt. She shooed me to go away and I sat and waited on my incorrect order which I did not want. After waiting some time, the number after me was called. The order was the same thing I was mistakenly meant to be served, but a different number. 5 minutes later, the identical number was called and the same girl was served another bag. More minutes later, I was getting aggravated that my food was not ready and people that had been there way less time had already been served. I gave up and order from another restaurant but one of my friends who works in the food service industry decided to talk to her to get things sorted out. Whilst over there, the worker insisted my number had already been served when she clearly called the same number 2038 twice instead of 2037. My friend went in very polite and she continuously argued and gave him attitude, refusing to admit her mistake which could’ve been easily fixed considering it was a simple quesadilla. During this time, the girl with order 2038’s boyfriend walked up to me asking if the bag she received was my food, in which it was. Which confirms the bag the cashier gave out stating it was 2038 was my food, number 2037. Meanwhile the worker finally gave up and told the back to make the food again, insisting she did not call the number twice. When she came back up, she mumbled something mean under her breath in which my friend saw in mentioned, then she waved him off when he questioned what she said. I told my friend to leave it be as we at least got my incorrect order finally. For the rest of the time in the food court she gave me a death stare and looked at me constantly. Genuinely the worst food experience I’ve ever had in my life. I don’t know how a worker could be both so incompetent and a terrible person. Food was decent though.

We mainly hit Taco John's because of rafe's love for it on the Rizzuto Show in St Louis and this is the closest one to us. The food was fantastic the service sucked horrible horrible super intensely long wait in line no one there working knew what they were doing and the customers just kept lining up once again though food was great I would eat there again

I have always liked TJs but they have gotten way overpriced. There’s a difference between inflation and 250% profit margins. Everything has more than doubled. You can go get a steak dinner for the same price.
