The street tacos were delicious. We got the steak Asada with soft corn tortillas. The avocado salsa is amazing.

Amazingly seasoned carnitas platter with a pile of shredded pork, rice, frijoles, and 6 soft shells. Mild and a little spicy sauces on the side. All for $12.99 on Thursday eve. Had to go back again for another serving on Saturday. 😋🤤

I ordered through Grubhub. Fast delivery, however I expected way more food and better quality than this. I ordered 2 tacos with add ons, taco is the smallest taco I’ve ever seen and very little meat or toppings. I ordered a burrito that was bland with no flavor and the quesadillas wouldn’t fill a toddler up. No chips or sauces. Very disappointing. So have low expectations and you might be surprised?

Our food came out completely cold, rice and beans had no flavor/seasoning.

Good food always fresh. The salsa bar is a super plus. The tofu taco is a great option for vegans and the tofu is seasoned and cooked perfectly.

Fusion Fiesta (formerly known as don pancho—new owner, new management) is a hidden gem! 😊🎉🎉👍
If you’re craving authentic Mexican flavors, this is definitely the place to be. Their dishes are fresh, flavorful, and made with so much care—you can really taste the quality in every bite. The atmosphere is warm and inviting, and the staff are friendly, attentive, and always ready to recommend something new to try.
What makes Fusion Fiesta even more exciting is that they’re expanding their menu soon to include Asian cuisine, with a special highlight on Filipino dishes! I love that they’re bringing together vibrant flavors from different cultures, and I can’t wait to come back and try their upcoming offerings.
A wonderful spot for families, friends, or even a casual night out—Fusion Fiesta is definitely worth visiting and revisiting.

Disappointed, unfortunately. I had high hopes because I have heard great things over the years and finally tried it. I waited in the drive thru for awhile and the attendant was more than pleasant! He is the only reason I gave more stars.
The chips were thick, overcooked, no salt. The rice had no flavor. My birria tacos also were lacking in flavor, no consume, and tortillas were soggy. Raw, not cooked, onion chopped up and I had more of that in my tacos than the meat. Meat tasted like roast, not a marinated Mexican beef as I have had in other birria tacos at other restaurants.
I also had to pay extra for the chips, which, again, were not pleasant at all. The queso was good, but I could not enjoy it because of the disappointing chips. I ended up putting it on my rice to get some sort of flavor.
Hoping this was just a bad day! I’d love to give it another try, as, again, I’ve heard so many good things.
