Teppanyaki Grill & Supreme Buffet

I have been coming to this restaurant off and on for years. Today I am very dissatisfied with this place and for the service I recieved. I came in with every intention of spending 7.99 on lunch and 3.99 on my son only to find out it was way more. Nowhere on the website does it say 14.99 and 6.50 for kids. The cashier and I ended up having an argument about it. I pulled up the website to show her and she said it was outdated and that they charge for the snow crab price. Um, excuse me, my 25 plus years in customer service and you never ever disagree with the customer. I had the lunch buffet not snow crab buffet. You give what is advertised and apologize for the inconvenience. She was not following protocol at all. I am not giving my business to this place ever again.

Except for no AC and a few items being over cooked, you still can't beat the variety of great food at a great price.

the air conditioning seems like it's barely working and apparently this was a issue in May!? more than one chicken dish is tougher than a boot! my worst experience here!

BAD food, FILTHY walls and floors and when I went to pay the cashier I told him I was a Senior and assumed he would just automatically give me the 10% Senior discount (as advertised). This guy wanted to see a PICTURE identification. The kicker is that I'm 72 yo and I LOOK even older. I'LL BE BACK WHEN ANOTHER RESTAURANT OPENS IN THE SAME LOCATION.

I loved it great food and buffet! And there fried donuts are the best. The foods range from french fries to going up to the counter and making your own fried rice! Great experience.

Idk why this place has went so far down hill...the place felt like the heater was on today and its 80 outside and felt better than inside this restaurant!!! Horrible food cold and the only thing that was good was the soup and this was at lunch hour. I should have known better to go there when the parking lot was empty!

I have nothing to complain about, I love food. The customer service is always great. Will be coming back. They have Koi fish pond by the waiting area the kids love coming to see it.

First, let me start by saying I've eaten here before. It was really good. This time however, a completely different story. The buffet was practically empty, and what was just put out was practically raw/undercooked. The place wasn't any more crowded than I've seen in the past. My wife hardly got anything to eat. I went to speak to the manager and she made nothing but the typical excuses about it being busy/overworked. I thought it reasonable to pay for what was consumed, which would have been one adult buffet and 3 drinks. The manager wasn't accommodating at all. I ended up paying full price for both meals and just got a free drink. What a ripoff! I won't be going back any time soon. Save yourself the trouble and eat somewhere that's worth it!

Food was ok. Supposed to be seafood after 3pm, but only shrimp on the buffet. The worse part was it had to be 90 degrees in this place. Been here several times before, never this bad. It's hard to enjoy your meal when you are sweating
