Great experience every time! The staff here are always upbeat and quick with orders, even when it’s busy. My smoothie came out fresh, cold, and exactly how I ordered it. The food is just as good — clean, flavorful, and made fast. The place is always tidy and has a relaxed vibe, perfect for a quick lunch or post-workout stop. Definitely one of my favorite Tropical Smoothie Café locations in Columbia!
Food is fine but the service is terrible. The only good employee left so there’s not much reason to go back. Waited for 30 minutes for my food after they gave it to the wrong person.
I eat here about once a month. Three months ago, I gave Aerion my name for my order, and every since, he greets me by name when I walk in.
It’s incredible that he remembered my name, especially since we didn't know each other.
Aerion deserves a raise! His customer service is outstanding, which is a rare find these days.
