The staff was rude and kicked us out of our table 15 minutes after we sat down when we still had coffee in our cups and food in our plates “just in case a bigger group came by” we were a group of 4 sitting at a 5 top. We were paying customers. Ridiculous.

Genuinely the worst customer service. Me and two friends stoped in to grab sandwiches after getting lattes at a cafe down the street. We order our food and sat down bc we planned to eat the sandwiches and drink our coffee there. After we had all ordered our food, sitting at the table one worker came over to us and rudely stated their “no outside food or drink” policy. We were taken aback from her nasty tone and responded “okay we are waiting for your food and we’ll go” she looked at us and walked away. Mind you we didn’t order our food to go as we weren’t aware of this policy. Our food is finally brought to us and we ask the worker who dropped off our food if we can have togo boxes, she says yes that she will bring some to us. As we are sitting there, not eating our food and waiting for the boxes to be brought to us the manager comes over and even more rudely than the first girl says “I know another worker already told you guys, you CAN NOT have these outside drinks in here you need to leave” we explained that we are about to leave we were waiting for boxes to take our food (that we paid too much money for) to go. She stormed off and immediately brought back three boxes for us, didn’t say another thing to us and walked away.
I love their sandwich’s which I would frequently go for a specific sandwich but after that experience I have never and will never go back there! Also, there’s a review below this where a lady found a LIVE CATERPILLAR crawling around in her salad and she had to fight to get a refund! This place sucks don’t go there!

First time visiting. My coffee and croissant were yummy; my husband’s sausage biscuit was obviously handmade and delicious. The atmosphere left some things to be desired, however. I person enjoy warm, gentle lighting in a lot of cases, but I felt the lighting in the bakery was dim to an extreme of feeling dark and dingy. Moreover, the people behind the counter didn’t utter any words to us other than some grunts and “your total is…”. No greetings, no pleasantries, no acknowledgement of humanity.

We did not eat here because we did 12 places in one day and we were just stopping in but it LOOKED amazing so I gave food 5 stars.

Generally hearty food. I liked their potato knish and muffins! The wall bordering the record shop has outlets.

I absolutely love everything about this place. The atmosphere is warm and welcoming, and the staff always makes you feel right at home. Most importantly, the food is hands down some of the best in town. Every dish I’ve tried has been flavorful, fresh, and clearly made with care. What sets this restaurant apart even more is that the quality doesn’t come with a high price tag—everything is incredibly affordable. It’s rare to find a spot where you get both top-notch food and great value. Highly recommend!
