Mase is literally the best thing to ever happen to Waffle House. His customer service is 12/10 and he makes great food. Even thought he is new he should be promoted ASAP. I’m going to come back just because of mase.

My experience at this location was horrible. The way the server Anna made my wife feel like we wasn’t going to pay. She was standing there while we was waiting on our food for us to pay early and then when we did pay early, she was trying to count her tips and when my wife told me not to tip because of how she was acting my wife overheard her, and some of the other servers And they said (oh that’s the table that didn’t tip ) so that made my wife and I very uncomfortable.

My husband and I stopped in for lunch. Soon as we got the food the server gave us our check and said we needed to pay and stood at the table until I got up to pay. Due to feeling extremely rushed and uncomfortable I did not tip. Afterwards I heard them talking about how we didn’t tip and that it should’ve been expected.
