I & my wife are regular visitors of this Wal-Mart branch. They have been making several changes for the last several years. Some are positive and others are inconvenient, and sometimes hard to find major items, to the point it becomes annoying. So far, we have been lucky to find a sticker, who helps us to find our items. Hope we will get used to the new system and the shopping will ease by itself. On a very positive note, they have added lot of new self check out computers, thus reducing the long check out lines. Also, there is always somebody to help, in case you need some. Thanks. Pharmacy, has a big change. Long time Pharmacist (the very competent, Indian lady, darling of so many patients) have been replaced by entirely new staff. I am not comfortable getting a FLU shot there. Rest is well.

The gentleman in auto was spectacular with all his service we received. 5 stars for everything for him. There was however a rather rude woman in electronics that made this review go down. She was very short with us and was on her phone when we asked for help. She seemed mad that we dared speak to her. Was able to find mkst of what we needed easily and had a smooth checkout. Will definitely be back for the automotive center, that was why we were there originally

When did the stores change to self checkout? I go into the store because I want the customer service. I guess that is a thing of the past.

Like all Walmarts they keep moving where items are shelved. East side walmart on Conley rd address generally seems to have more choices
Walmart is always the worst place to shop. From crackheads roaming the aisles to unstocked shelves.Then they want you to do their job for them and scan your own groceries.

Store is well kept and maintained, your typical Walmart store. Lots of things are locked up, and security is high.

I don't appreciate the attitude of some of the workers. Was yelled at by a female employee in self checkout on Christmas Eve. The greeter witnessed this and no one apologized. Absolutely inexcusable disgusting behavior. I've never been yelled at by an employee in any store and I'm 35 years old.
Edit: you have to wait for about 30 minutes for your pickup order now. After they tell you it's already ready, after you arrive. They told me that it is a normal wait time for pickup order.
