So this review is a long time coming. I love cider. It’s mostly what I drink. I also enjoy dry cider. I have been to other cider houses in Chicago and did I mention I love cider.I was very excited when I heard we were getting a local cider brewery. I just have to ask do you drink your cider? Have you tried your own cider? It doesn’t really taste good. Not like it’s too sweet or uses to much spice which can be an issue with seasonal variations but like the cider tastes bad. Anyone who drinks it and says otherwise is just lying.Please for the love of all things cider go to another cider maker and ask for help. It’s not that I don’t like dry cider. Angry orchard had a stone dry and a extra dry cider that I loved. I enjoy a good magners but it’s better on tap than in the bottle.It’s just your cider tastes like someone who has never tried cider and forgot to make it taste good. There’s no flavor, depth, or anything really. It’s just a sour apple water st best. Even your sweat cider is off. It’s like you have sour beer and cider mixed up. If you made it better I would buy it daily. I’m tired of Angry orchard or strong bow. Please don’t keep making it like it is.

Waves Cider Co. had a fun and festive vibe. The energy that this place gives off is what set the mood for our wedding rehearsal dinner. All the guests could feel this positive energy! Chelsea was super helpful in assisting with recommendations of caterers for this event. She was always quick to respond to our questions. The LaTerraza Mexican Grill was highly recommended, and Luis and his crew did not disappoint with a fajita bar. We have been getting non-stop compliments from our friends and family about how awesome the venue at Waves Cider Co and the LaTerraza Mexican food was and how much fun they had. Kristin, the bartender was super fun and added some joy to our event. The Waves Cider Co is a hidden gem for a casual rehearsal dinner like ours. Can't thank the team from Waves Cider Co enough for their great customer service. We loved the atmosphere. The group had such a great time, they didn't want to leave! The patio space is great, it's surrounded by wood panels and creates a cozy space. Lots of plants and a cool vibe greet you inside. What didn't greet us was the server. While the ciders were good, the service was less than. I am a huge believer in the experience makes the, well, experience. It was our first time and we wanted to try all the ciders avaliable, you don't know what you'll like 'til you try them, unfortunately this seemed to frustrate the server. Overlooking the shortness of our server, we eagerly took our 2 flights to amazing patio. We sipped the ciders and discussed our likes and not so much's, and soaked in the sun. The company and weather were the highlight. I offered more stars than I felt the experience and product offered, noting my perception is just that, mine. If you're in Columbia, stop in. Try everything, you might find one you like.Enjoying life 1 sip, 1 bite and 1 small town at a time.Explore everything!

Cute spot! I love all the light coming in! The decor is minimal and industrial. There are so many stills in this place! The bartender was kind and knew about the products. We started out with the flight, which comes with 4 very large samples. We asked for 2 dry and 2 sweet. I really enjoyed the dry ones, especially the Foeder #1. There are also several cocktails to choose from. Music played in the background. We enjoyed the vibe and drinks. Definitely recommend.
