Wendy's in Columbia

“So the other night I order for delivery, and there was some missing items and very cold food when it got delivered. I scanned the bar code on the receipt and filled it out, nothing out of the norm, but what was different the other times is the called me that night and offer to take care of the problem. I hesitate to take the offer but im glad I did, they were very nice and friendly when I came in the next day“

“The staff was really friendly and helpful. That I liked. The food. Well. Probably not so good. Fries were old and not hot. Burger tasted like a sponge. Nuggets were old and cold.

But. The staff was good. And the sprite was good. So five stars !
Not your fault you have to cook what ya have and let it sit there and get cold.“

“Bryce recommended tangerine lemonade and my son loved it. Hayden, the drive-thru attendant, was enthusiastic and helpful even though I was there late at night right before close. I haven’t been to a Wendy’s in years but appreciated the friendliness and will go back. The food was delicious!“

“Nice fast food restaurant. Place was clean. Friendly service. Kiosk for ordering food is easy to use. Time from ordering food until it was ready was about 5 minutes. Very limited street parking because it is in the middle of a college campus. I parked a block away.“

“I don't know if you all are just rude customers or what but I avoid fast food as much as possible for loads of reasons. BUT this one particular Wendy's will *always* get my visit if we are close by and hungry. Not only is my food always right, hot and delicious but I have always had great customer service. Especially towards my children! I have honestly never had a bad experience at this location. So if you see those less than great reviews, I recommend going in with a positive attitude and you will probably walk out with an even better one. Hope everyone working today had the day they deserve as they absolutely made our day! Tues April 8, 2025 we rolled through around 3:30p.“
