took to long in line burger wasn't worth it and the frosty was half melted by the time I got it and there wasn't any lettuce on the burger what a waste of almost $15 this trip on 2/3/25 was better than last trip tenders and fries weren't very hot

They never have salads and when they do the girl at the drive thru window is rude. This time they didn’t put my chili in the bag they replaced it with fries without asking me. And she tried to not give me my drinks. I am very disappointed at how this establishment is running nowadays.

Placed an online order and picked it up exactly when we put it to be ready. Everything was cold and they didn’t give us enough nuggets. After standing at the counter awhile someone came close enough so I could ask for the food we didn’t get and she glared at me, shoved her hand in the fryer basket and shoved a handful of nuggets into my hand without a word. Probably won’t be coming back.
This Wendy’s is operated by the absolute worst workers I’ve ever encountered. Rude, constantly asking you to pull forward and wait for 20+ minutes for an order that is very simple. Then they come outside and say nothing. Never going back to this location.

The wait is insane. 10:15 in the morning i ordered a biscuit and a coffee the wait was over 20 min. They will pull four or more cars forward to keep there time down. The gentleman at the second window was great with service and attitude.
